Been with king for decades

King Air Conditioning and Heating did an amazing job on my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and the unit runs well and it saved me money on my electric bill. I love it and I can highly recommend them.

We have used King for more than 10 years for all our heating \& cooling needs. We upgraded our furnace as it was more than time. Everything ran smooth in the removal and installation on new furnace unit. The team headed by Mike W. was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was very pleased and would recommend King and this great team.

King Air Conditioning and Htg responded very quickly after our very old air conditioner stopped working. The sales representative, Johnathan Dehner, responded to our questions immediately and proposed multiple options. The two installers performed a professional installation and were willing to help with my air filter system. The Bryant condenser unit that is around the corner from my deck runs so quietly we hardly know it is on. I am very pleased with King Air Conditioning and Htg services.

The team from King did an excellent job. They efficiently performed the remove/replace in the stated time frame (1.5 days) and were available to answer all our questions and concerns. They left the space as clean as they found it. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

We looked at a system in April but had to wait until fall to install. The dealer was able to keep pricing and financing in range of original quote. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job with the install.

There was no pressure to make any decisions after receiving a quote and they were eager to get our system installed even though it took months to get back to them. They offer several options for financing which helped us consider and choose a more efficient system. Our installers, Brett and Randy were awesome. They were knowledgeable, professional, personable, and took great care not to disturb or disrupt anything unnecessarily. Both Brett and Randy were friendly, approachable, trustworthy, respectful, all whilst working hard. Great job!

A wonderful experience, from beginning to end

From the very beginning the company was wonderful. Chris the sales rep was straight forward, honest and very informative. The service men that came to install were just as wonderful to work with. All in all, I would highly recommend King services to anyone!

I have done business with King Air for many years, but with their recent treatment of me, you wouldn't know it. I had never before been disappointed with them, but I am now. The most frustrating part of this experience was that they would not install the new a/c sooner than they did. I am a senior, a widow, have had heat stroke, and I mentioned this to them. I understand they are busy, but making a customer with no a/c in the hottest time of the summer wait for the new one as long as they did is completely unacceptable. They did provide portable a/c units, but these did not work well, and one of them leaked fluid all over my carpet before I realized what happened and I had to shut it off and unplug it. Also, their products are more expensive than other local companies. I have had a longstanding relationship with King Air, but am seriously considering changing that in the future.

Highly recommend King Air. Installation, service and communication has always been a breeze. Had a minor accident where the installer dropped something on the floor and caused some damage but the installers owned up to it and King is fixing. Couldn't be happier with the service!

King technicians did an efficient and perfect replacement of old AC with new equipment on 6/3/2019. Original unit, installed in Sept. 2014 had suffered repeated failures, ten service visits July1 through mid October 2018, each time no cooling because of refrigerant flow blockage, Summer 2018 was very unsatisfactory with no AC much of the cooling season. Bryant should have authorized replacement much sooner of an apparently unrepairable system.

This company was great! The only negative I have is that it took 2 weeks for them to fit me into their busy schedule. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and worked in a way that didn't disrupt my use of the house too much while the work was going on. I had an AC and heater replacement that took 2 days to complete. I received multiple discounts, and the price was just right for the work done.

They did a great job, and the unit works wonderfully.

They were prompt, fully equipped with all needed supplies, worked efficiently, answered all questions and comments, and left no reason for any criticism at all.
