HVAC InstallationBy King Air Conditioning & Htg

King AC & Htg reacted promptly when they discovered that our furnace needed to be replaced ASAP. They did a great job in showing us options and scheduling an installation as quickly as possible. The installation was expertly and promptly accomplished and they left the basement in very clean condition. My hat is off to the whole team!

Been with king for decades

King Air Conditioning and Heating did an amazing job on my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and the unit runs well and it saved me money on my electric bill. I love it and I can highly recommend them.

We have used King for more than 10 years for all our heating \& cooling needs. We upgraded our furnace as it was more than time. Everything ran smooth in the removal and installation on new furnace unit. The team headed by Mike W. was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was very pleased and would recommend King and this great team.

King Air Conditioning and Htg responded very quickly after our very old air conditioner stopped working. The sales representative, Johnathan Dehner, responded to our questions immediately and proposed multiple options. The two installers performed a professional installation and were willing to help with my air filter system. The Bryant condenser unit that is around the corner from my deck runs so quietly we hardly know it is on. I am very pleased with King Air Conditioning and Htg services.

The job was completed within a timely manner and friendly employees which makes your company a great company and now I have a cool home Thank you

We looked at a system in April but had to wait until fall to install. The dealer was able to keep pricing and financing in range of original quote. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job with the install.

From start to finish, King Heating and Air Conditioning is top notch. Their employees are very knowledgeable due to attending continuous training in their field. There was no pressure to make any decisions after receiving a quote and they were eager to get our system installed even though it took months to get back to them. They offer several options for financing which helped us consider and choose a more efficient system. Our installers, Brett and Randy were awesome. They were knowledgeable, professional, personable, and took great care not to disturb or disrupt anything unnecessarily. Both Brett and Randy were friendly, approachable, trustworthy, respectful, all whilst working hard. Great job!

We love Kings and have used them for years. They have installed both this furnace as well as our air conditioner and come for annual check ups for several years. We really like their service.

VERY pleased with every aspect of the installation of the new HVAC system. Technicians were very courteous and professional from the moment they walked through the door until the install was completed.

This is our second installation, the first being ours and the recent for our kids. Installation and service always is top notch and they take the time to tell you about the installers and when to expect them. This is the place to go for honest, prompt and professional work.

Installation of our new heating and air conditioning system went smoothly and the installers were professional and knowledgeable.

Great job all the way around. Was referred by a friend.

A wonderful experience, from beginning to end

From the very beginning the company was wonderful. Chris the sales rep was straight forward, honest and very informative. The service men that came to install were just as wonderful to work with. All in all, I would highly recommend King services to anyone!

I have done business with King Air for many years, but with their recent treatment of me, you wouldn't know it. I had never before been disappointed with them, but I am now. The most frustrating part of this experience was that they would not install the new a/c sooner than they did. I am a senior, a widow, have had heat stroke, and I mentioned this to them. I understand they are busy, but making a customer with no a/c in the hottest time of the summer wait for the new one as long as they did is completely unacceptable. They did provide portable a/c units, but these did not work well, and one of them leaked fluid all over my carpet before I realized what happened and I had to shut it off and unplug it. Also, their products are more expensive than other local companies. I have had a longstanding relationship with King Air, but am seriously considering changing that in the future.

Great crew new what they was doing

Very professional in their work

I have always had great service from King

Always excellent work and service.

Great experience from the purchase to the installation to the service.

The only company O use.

Highly recommend King Air. Installation, service and communication has always been a breeze. Had a minor accident where the installer dropped something on the floor and caused some damage but the installers owned up to it and King is fixing. Couldn't be happier with the service!

For us, personal and business, they are the best around. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and always seem to help us quickly. We are always recommending to everyone we know.

Overall excellent service

Great product. Great customer service.

Professional, friendly experience.

Great service

Staff was pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the installation.

Staff is pleasant and professional and went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the installation.

King technicians did an efficient and perfect replacement of old AC with new equipment on 6/3/2019. Original unit, installed in Sept. 2014 had suffered repeated failures, ten service visits July1 through mid October 2018, each time no cooling because of refrigerant flow blockage, Summer 2018 was very unsatisfactory with no AC much of the cooling season. Bryant should have authorized replacement much sooner of an apparently unrepairable system.

highly recommend

Excellent, professional job.

GREAT JOB. THANK YOU.

I have been using King Air Conditioning and Heating for about 30 years and they have always done a great job.

The emoyees were really knowledgeable and very professional and courteous and helpful answered all of our questions

Minor glitch with scheduling due to employee injury, otherwise a seamless install of our new system!

The replacement of my HVAC went seamlessly. My technicians were knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and cleaned up when they were done! I had an excellent experience and would recommend them.

They installed our system in one day, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up before leaving.

Very Satisfied

This company was great! The only negative I have is that it took 2 weeks for them to fit me into their busy schedule. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and worked in a way that didn't disrupt my use of the house too much while the work was going on. I had an AC and heater replacement that took 2 days to complete. I received multiple discounts, and the price was just right for the work done.

They did a great job, and the unit works wonderfully.

The process involving the quote, scheduling and installation were done in a professional way. Direct contact with the owner and his installation crew and office staff made the experience exceptionable.

New furnace and a/c installation. Nice, clean job.

New system installed as promised.

King installers Floyd and Robert did an excellent job of replacing my very old furnace with a new Bryant gas furnace. They were prompt, fully equipped with all needed supplies, worked efficiently, answered all questions and comments, and left no reason for any criticism at all. I recommend King AC and Heating and these installers.

Always great exceptional prompt service. Quick and thorough solving problems. I wish more companies in whatever service they provide would be at least 70% of King's

Technicians provided excellent professional service and installation!! It was great doing business with this company!!

We trust King and that means everything to us.

King AC and Heating employees were very knowledgeable about available products and suggested the best options for our home, They made sure we got a product that fit our needs best. Our original unit was very noisy and we were assured this new one was quiet and it is very quiet. We would recommend this heat pump to anyone. We had no problems.
