New a/c install
I have done business with King Air for many years, but with their recent treatment of me, you wouldn't know it. I had never before been disappointed with them, but I am now. The most frustrating part of this experience was that they would not install the new a/c sooner than they did. I am a senior, a widow, have had heat stroke, and I mentioned this to them. I understand they are busy, but making a customer with no a/c in the hottest time of the summer wait for the new one as long as they did is completely unacceptable. They did provide portable a/c units, but these did not work well, and one of them leaked fluid all over my carpet before I realized what happened and I had to shut it off and unplug it. Also, their products are more expensive than other local companies. I have had a longstanding relationship with King Air, but am seriously considering changing that in the future.

King technicians did an efficient and perfect replacement of old AC with new equipment on 6/3/2019. Original unit, installed in Sept. 2014 had suffered repeated failures, ten service visits July1 through mid October 2018, each time no cooling because of refrigerant flow blockage, Summer 2018 was very unsatisfactory with no AC much of the cooling season.
