Lloyd and Frank are awesome, I lost my heat in the middle of coldest nights of winter of 2023. The temp was \-8 degrees F. They showed up in 8 hours and had at least a temporary solution with a permanent fix a few days later. To my surprise the Bryant unit they installed uses half of the LP I used last winter. Thanks guys, you saved me in more than one way. I will only call these guys from now on!

My 25 year old furnace died on a Saturday night when the temperatures were \-8. Lloyd was there within 4 hours and did the best he could to revive the old beast but it wasn't repairable. Lloyd and his brother Frank knew we had two elderly parents living with us who we care for and understood the predicament we were in. They got my new Bryant Heat pump set and installed in less than 48 hours. I don't think those guys have slept much over the last two weeks and I'm grateful for how responsive they have been. I will never use anyone else!

All the work was done in no time, above all expectations. It was well prepared and explained even before the installation day.

Brown's Heating and A/C was great from the beginning. Quote came in well under other quotes obtained. They installed new A/C, furnace and a water heater in under 3 hours. They also hauled away an old non\-functioning water softener for me. Lloyd answered all of my questions and was very honest and down to earth. The whole process was very easy. I will recommend them to everyone.

I had seen reviews on them before so when we were ready to get a new unit installed we called Brown Heating and Air along with two other companies for quotes. They had the best price hands down. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were polite, professional and clean. The new unit is way better than the old one ever was and they even installed a new hot water heater for us, rerouted some of our duct work for better efficiency and even threw in a better air filter for us at no extra charge. When they left they took everything away with them and didn't leave any trash behind. We highly recommend them and will never ever use anyone else!

THESE GUY'S ARE AMAZING , THEY WORK TOGETHER LIKE A FINE WATCH , EACH ONE KNOWING WHAT THE OTHER NEEDS AND IS DOING , AND A "YOUNG GUN" RUNNER KEEPING THE GUYS SUPPLIED WITH TOOLS AND PARTS, NO GRASS GROWING UNDER THESE GUY'S FEET!! ,WITHIN ONE HOUR THEY HAD THE OLD EQUIPMENT OUT AND THE NEW EQUIPMENT SET IN PLACE, 5 HOURS LATER THEY HAD THE SYSTEM TESTED AND UP\-AND\-RUNNING AND ALL THE MESS SWEPT AND CLEANED UP, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL , QUALITY.
