Lloyd and Frank are awesome, I lost my heat in the middle of coldest nights of winter of 2023. The temp was \-8 degrees F. They showed up in 8 hours and had at least a temporary solution with a permanent fix a few days later. To my surprise the Bryant unit they installed uses half of the LP I used last winter. Life savers!
My 25 year old furnace died on a Saturday night when the temperatures were \-8. Lloyd was there within 4 hours and did the best he could to revive the old beast but it wasn't repairable. Lloyd and his brother Frank knew we had two elderly parents living with us who we care for and understood the predicament we were in. I had seen reviews on them before so when we were ready to get a new unit installed we called Brown Heating and Air along with two other companies for quotes. They had the best price hands down. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were polite, professional and clean. The new unit is way better than the old one ever was and they even installed a new hot water heater for us, rerouted some of our duct work for better efficiency and even threw in a better air filter for us at no extra charge.
