Bill came to my home late on a weekday after I was home from work to look at my old furnace and A/C and gave me a quote within a couple of days. I was happy with his quick response and price so I scheduled the install for a day that worked for both of us. Both the A/C and furnace were installed in 8 hours with 2 guys.
