Had a great experience. Installation was done in a timely and professional manner.

Richter was prompt, they were very responsive in evaluating our system, getting us a quote and installing shortly after I accepted. Despite a few difficulties due to placement of the a/c unit the techs worked hard and completed the entire job despite having to work quite a bit longer than planned. They were pleasant throughout despite this!

They came out to initially service my 20 year old AC unit, adjusted some items and i asked to get a price on a new unit, they waived the service call and installed the new unit two days later. I can say that the installation looks 100% better than what the prior furnace people did. The new unit works fantastic, I could not be happier with everything.

They verified the problem and gave several options for the replacement.

We received a quote almost immediately. The pricing was far better than any other dealers. The installation went smoothly, and everyone from the beginning to the end was pleasant, helpful, and wonderful to work with.

Richter is great to work with. They are responsive and took the time to help with another issue that needed to be addressed. It wasn't just a matter of replacing the AC unit. Some return air work needed to be done. There was a couple communication issues \- wasn't notified when they were returning to do some work. The guys were great. Answered all our questions. Did an amazing job of cleaning up.

I was very impressed with their fast and friendly service, and expert installation. They came in $1800 less, than places in Waukesha county. Plus I received a better brand unit. My A/C was down during the heat wave, I ordered on a Friday \- it was installed Wednesday by 1 pm. I would recommend them to anyone. You could never even tell that they were there.

Had previously used them for furnace repair years ago. Asked around and they had great reviews from their custmers I talked to. Great communications. friendly, installers knew what they were doing and also answered a few more questions. Installed Furnace/AC/Water heater in 1 day \- could not ask for better. Excellent customer service and professional installation. We've had them out to service our old furnace and ac, they were here the same day if needed, or the very next day. So when we decided it was time to upgrade our furnace, replace coil in ac unit and install a new tankless water heater. We wanted a heating and cooling company we could rely on, Richter Heating and Cooling was that company.

Very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They did accidentally install the wrong HVAC unit, but caught their own error and scheduled the correct one to be installed on their own dime. When installing our furnace, they supplied us with space heaters so the house didn't get too cold. The furnace was installed in a timely manor and they offered to answer any questions we might come up with in the future regarding the system and thermostat controls. Very impressed. Rose in the office was especially helpful. Great asset to the company.

Legacy Line Heat Pump Model DAQMA paired with a Legacy Line High Wall Indoor Unit Model DHQMA It appears it will fill my needs. We have not used this unit except for trying it out. We will know more as the seasons require it's operation. The installer was very courteous and knowledgeable

I am so glad I called Richters for an estimate on a furnace/ac replacement. 5 Minutes after meeting Bill I knew I was in good hands. He listened to my wishes and came up with a great solution in a professional manner. The installation crew was second to none.

Bill came to my home late on a weekday after I was home from work to look at my old furnace and A/C and gave me a quote within a couple of days. I was happy with his quick response and price so I scheduled the install for a day that worked for both of us. Both the A/C and furnace were installed in 8 hours with 2 guys. The technicians were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. Rosy was very helpful in getting the focus on energy rebates set up for me also. I would highly recommend Richter and Bryant again!
