Very glad to work with this company. James was the most personable, helpful, and took as much time as I needed to help me understand the system, and the needs for my house. Very good experience, and having the financing options for such a big home investment was also a huge plus.

We are so pleased with the overall experience we had with Apex, from the financing options to how quick they got our permits \& wonderful install \& inspections, we now living comfortably with a brand new system to replace our old that had stopped working \& we added a brand new AC unit too. Our whole family has felt so much healthier \& happier with the energy efficient system keeping us cool!

Did an outstanding job on an atypical installation

It's expensive and took 7 hours to install but the guy was polite, nice and made sure everything was good to go.

Joe was great, he threw in a duct cleaning and a media filter. Plus the 0% 60 month financing was the icing on the cake. The installing crew was timely/courteous/professional.

Wonderful service

Once they were able to get to our home they went right to work.

My was a new build that was only waiting on the air handler to be installed. When we notified our builder, Apex showed up right away and had it installed in no time.

I enjoyed the install process and when I had a small issue they responded quickly

We weren't expecting so many hoses and cables, but most of it looks good. The units aren't flush on my walls but I wonder if they're off level.

Great product \- soo much quieter!! Great customer service on install of a mini split system, new furnace and heat pump in my quirky 70's home. They were pleasant, creative, prompt, and professional. Can't recommend them more highly.

Brad, Steve and their crew installed my mini split system and my upgraded furnace and heatpump in my 1970's home. They were respectful, efficient, professional and creative in handling the quirks of my home. They left my home clean, my shrubs untrampled, and even offered to help carry in my groceries!! Best experience ever...

Excellent install and follow up

Great professional job

We had an air conditioner installed in Oregon. It is fall so we aren't using it. We'll know better by next summer. But there was an issue with the installer. Although he was good at his job and friendly, he put the metal case on our brand new hardwood floors \-\- no dropcloth or other protection. Then after he removed the unit, he kicked the metal case across the hardwood floor. It's a brand new house! Should have put a drop cloth down first.

Good experience

Everything is running perfect. One little noise and they came right out to fix it.

Installers showed up at agreed appointment time. Both were professional and knowledgeable of what they needed to do. After 5 days of running the a/c it is cooling just right.

Apex did a great job communicating with me, leaving me messages to update me, and the installers were on time, followed COVID rules, and were very pleasant.

We had a great experience with Apex. They were very knowledgeable about different heating and cooling solutions for our family and patient with us while we decided what would work best. They did a great job on the installation and follow up. Their prices were reasonable and comparable to others in the area.
