I was very impressed with the John C Flood crew who installed my new heat pump. They were able to overcome some late\-breaking hiccups without a sweat, clearly were expert at these installs, and they kept me in the loop without being overly bothersome. Just great.

I was worried about how well John C Flood would do after their acquisition of Climate. I was a Climate customer for over 20 years. Flood did a great job and exceeded my expectations.

Replaced my 23\-year\-old Bryant gas furnace. The old furnace never failed once !! it was just time for replacement. The outdoor unit and the evaporator was a Trane Unit. It too was trouble free except for a failed run/start capacitor and was just as old. The new Condensing unit and evaporator is a Bryant. Hopefully these units will last just as long.,

Very responsive same day service by the dealer especially under bitter cold conditions to initiate replacement of the old inoperable HVAC system, The installation of he Bryant system took a little longer than original 2 days estimate, but mainly due to house structural issues rather than anything related to the new Bryant system.

Outstanding service

Installers were very professional and installed a new AC/Furnace within a few hours.

Our house is much more comfortable since we had our old AC unit replaced with a newer model from Bryant Cooling Systems. Although the thermostat is set to the same 77 degree setting, the house feels cooler.

John C Flood did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my old AC unit, and had a replacement installed within a couple of days.

John C Flood has been our HVAC service company for 11 years. We have had many dealings with them and have always been very satisfied with their work, their suggestions, and their honesty. In particular, their technician Dale has come to us often and provided us with A+ service and A+ respect. The 2 Bryant installers were also most capable and helpful.

The gentlemen from John C Flood who installed my new Bryant cooling system were very knowledgeable about Bryant products. Explained how the system worked and how it was more efficient than my previous Bryant system. They were friendly and courteous while installing the system. I could tell that they were familiar with the product and the installation was perfect.

Overall system installation was very good. Unfortunately, they installed a filter box for 4" filters that won't fit a standard store bought 4" filter. This was not brought to our attention until the complete system was installed and they were ready to leave. The outdoor AC unit was installed in such a way the the lines going to it are not covered or protected from getting damaged, the unit was oriented so the lines are out front instead of near the house where they would be protected. The cover for the lines and fittings is missing.

I gave 4 stars because the unit itself is a very very efficient system but since we just got it I want to see how it goes over time. Hopefully I can come back to update this review

Jake and the team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We would recommend JC Flood to anyone, the installation process went so smooth and the installers were the friendliest, down\-to\-earth guys you could ever meet. They were knowledgeable and thorough in their work and cleaned up their work area after. If we ever need another hot water heater, furnace or air conditioning unit we are calling JC Flood and asking for the same contractors.

The furnace was installed by JC Flood and the installer were very professional, provided a very neat and thorough installation, and provided assistance with the details of operation of the furnace.

So far, so GREAT! I am VERY pleased with my installation \- which was performed meticulously!!! The technicians were knowledgeable AND generous with their knowledge\-sharing of the technical mechanics/specifics of the equipment. As a lay\-person who likes to understand specifics (as much as I can) I appreciated this.

installation of forced air heating system

The 2 installers did nothing but complain the whole time especially the one working on the air handler part. The supply duct is poorly designed and causes a lot of air turbulence which results in poor air flow.
