I asked if they could relay to the installers that we would like them to wear masks when they were in the house because of COVID. There was no hesitation about my request. Some minor issues came up regarding cleanup of construction debris. We had to substitute some attachment hardware that was defective and failed. Let's start at the beginning, I called two well advertised HVAC companies and received quotes. They were astronomical for what I was thinking would be necessary. I have a small home and knew I just needed a mini split heat pump. I have a very open floor plan and only 825 square feet. The two quotes were amazingly expensive. To later find out hidden fees for service and stipulations regarding the warranty was not a great feeling and leaves a sour taste.
