New furnace install
The hose for the humidifier was not connected properly causing a water leak which a serviceman had to come out and fix. Fortunately, it was remedied before it caused any damage. Also, a ceiling tile was damaged in the basement when either removing the old unit or bringing the new unit in. It wasn't a big problem but nothing was communicated to us and we discovered it on our own. Joe Talbott was the service man who came out and fixed the leaky humidifier and as usual was a great help to us.
