Before I was a customer I called BJs about my furnace at our previous home. They gave me great advice and I called the original company who installed my furnace and the heat exchanger was covered by warranty. They were top of mind when our HVAC system at our new house needed to be replaced. They did a great job for me.

They respond to you promptly, they are considerate about respecting your home, floors etc., and they clean up so you don't know that they were even there, On top of that, they are knowledgeable about their products and take time to answer your questions. I have been a very satisfied customer for 19 years.

Everything went as expected. Doug and his team were very thorough and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They replaced my whole HVAC system. They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They even took the old system away. The whole job was done in about 6 hours. I would highly recommend BJ's heating and cooling to anyone!

They were great ! They were above and beyond ! Had to go through the ceiling , alot of extra work, it was very warm that day, I felt bad for them, they worked their butts off, when they finished, didn't even know they were there, cleaned up,took great care to leave everything just like they found it, very respectful ! I would highly recommend you go with this company, I like to , if possible go with a smaller company \& local, I think they care more. Very happy with my experience ! Very professional. Took the necessary time to update utility and ductwork connections. Furnace filter accommodation in tight space was no cost bonus!

The hose for the humidifier was not connected properly causing a water leak which a serviceman had to come out and fix. Fortunately, it was remedied before it caused any damage. Also, a ceiling tile was damaged in the basement when either removing the old unit or bringing the new unit in. It wasn't a big problem but nothing was communicated to us and we discovered it on our own. Joe Talbott was the service man who came out and fixed the leaky humidifier and as usual was a great help to us.

Great customer service. Very fast and efficient. Chris Edison showed me the problem I had and offered several solutions. Water had damaged the heat exchanger and blower on my 21 year old furnace. I decided to get a new unit and he worked with his office to have a replacement furnace installed the next day. The installation was quick and they even helped me with basement cold air return to help heat my basement. We love our new furnace and highly recommend BJ's Heating and Cooling.
