The work was done with great care and expertise. And the installers were congenial and very ready to offer answers to our questions.

Brian and Mike removed our old furnace and A/C units and installed new ones. In addition, they removed some duct work so that a plumber was able to fix a shower drain issue and then reinstalled the duct work when the plumber was done. They were on time, efficient and professional. They completely cleaned up after installation and described the features of the new system. Quality service and all around just really nice and pleasant to work with.

My furnace essentially stopped functioning Saturday evening when parts and service sources were all closed (naturally). However, I had a new furnace installed and running before noon on Monday! Now that's SERVICE!

Came out quickly to replace my furnace when it went out. They discovered I had the wrong size furnace installed and took the time to find a replacement of the correct size and still got it installed that afternoon. I have been with Comfort Care for quite a while, they recently put in a AC unit and the other day aprilaire humidifier. We have had hardwood floors and during a maintenance visit it was recommended to us, but not in any way pushy. Looking at the investment in our hardwood floors and potential for shrinking we decided to have the humidifier install. Buyer Beware: We fell prey to one of those "inexpensive routine maintenance" companies who get their foot in the door and then list out endless recommendations to have taken care of. The recommendation of $700. needed in repair made me go back to Comfort Care and receive their opinion. I didn't need any of it! Stay with their maintenance plan having your yearly Furnace/AC checkup\-\-and have the confidence of knowing you are dealing with honest people!

AC went out on a 95 degree day. Called Comfort Care and they had Greg out within an hour or so to diagnose the problem (furnace died). Brian was able to come by the next morning (a Saturday) to install a replacement. Top notch quality and service, as well as fair pricing. Thanks for your help!

Great company...trustworthy owners. When Mike came to assess my A/C problem I had a frozen line. We knew we were biding our time as to when we would have to replace A/C and/or furnace. Mike explained to us all of our options. He was not pushy at all. He did not try to up\-sell us and he did not try to replace things that did not need to be replaced. Values and ethics!! We picked Mike's brain about all the general issues we were having with our existing system and he told us about options to improve those too. Ultimately we decided to replace both, the A/C and furnace. The owners, Mike and Brian, did the work. They were on time, respectful of my home and the family (wearing "booties" and masks), efficient, quiet (as quiet as they could be while working with a furnace) and left the work area neat and clean. They gave us an education on the new system and encouraged us to contact them with any questions or concerns. Reputable company. Now we "have a guy" we can recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I got an incredibly competitive price for a new furnace and AC that they installed within 48 hours of approving the estimate. They were extremely knowledgeable on everything and registered my products for me. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I absolutely would.

The staff with Comfort Care was great in diagnosing our old furnace and installing the new one! They were quick to get out and evaluate the problem with our older furnace. In the end, it made way more sense to go with a new furnace vs. fixing the old one. The techs were very professional and quick with installing our new furnace and getting the new system going!

Excellent service from scheduling to work completed. Unusual heating/cooling issues in an older home. They were able to diagnose, recommended a couple options, the best option was the cheaper option. ( most companies just give you the more expensive option as the best) however they actually recommend the cheaper option which even gave us a backup heating option to our radiant heat, yet circulating the air conditioning. Have used them for years, and will Continue to do so. Very personable and professional.

My furnace quit working on a Sunday afternoon. I called Comfort Care Service's emergency number and a technician was at my home in less than an hour. He quickly analyzed the problem and we discussed my options. Since my furnace was 17 years old I decided to replace our old furnace instead of paying for a repair. Comfort Care Services arrived the next day (Monday) with a new Bryant furnace and three installation technicians. I was up and running by 12 o'clock. I highly recommend Comfort Care Services.

Comfort Care isn't a stranger to us and when you need a furnace and air conditioner you don't shop around for what is cheaper \- you go with who you know. The Comfort Care installers arrived on time introduced themselves and told me that they were there to install a new furnace and air conditioner. I explained to them that I wasn't able to move the washer and dryer. They immediately assured me that they had been made aware of our situation and it was ok and asked if I had any questions for them. And I answered no. The installers went about their work in a professional manner and completed the installation on time and did an excellent job. I was truly amazed at the care they took with their work and our well being. My husband usually take care of household maintenance, but he is sick and it was my responsibility. I've never seen anyone that took so much pride and care in their job. I/we will call Comfort Care again and will recommend them to my family and friends. They did an excellent job and I am so happy that we chose them. My husband has chosen Comfort Care for years and now I know why. If I had three words for the installers they would be: "Pride, Dedication and Committment."
