I have been with Comfort Care for quite a while, they recently put in a AC unit and the other day aprilaire humidifier. We have had hardwood floors and during a maintenance visit it was recommended to us, but not in any way pushy. Looking at the investment in our hardwood floors and potential for shrinking we decided to have the humidifier install. Buyer Beware: We fell prey to one of those "inexpensive routine maintenance" companies who get their foot in the door and then list out endless recommendations to have taken care of.
