They did an excellent job and explained everything as they were installing. Also, they cleaned up and came by the next morning to check on everything.

All of the personnel we dealt with at KS Services was professional and knowledgeable about our needs and they recommended the best solution to our issue. Our unit broke down on one of the hottest days , KS came out looked at it, made some recommendations and when we selected a path forward, they acquired and installed our new unit the very next day.

CALL KS and DOUGLAS did an outstanding one\-day installation of our new Bryant heat pump system. They replaced an 18\-year\-old Trane system that had seen its best days. Jamie and his crew were excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a quality, professional system replacement.

KS came back to correct an issue with the unit that was installed earlier this year. They made the repairs in a timely manner with no questions asked. It is nice to know a company stands behind their service these days. Great customer service. I highly recommend KS Services.

Derek was first tech to inspect our existing unit. Found the problem \- cracked condensate pan and coil was rusting badly \- needed replacement. Older unit, had to find same coil for replacement OR replace entire system. Was able to locate new coil \- within 2 days replacement team back on job with new coil and custom overflow condensate pan. Also replaced both upper and lower PVC condensate lines that were 40 years old \- for owner peace of mind. Outstanding job. Would recommend KS Services to anyone.
