Smart Choice did a great job finding the problem with my original gas furnace by another company which wasn't adjusted properly and required to replace the entire furnace. They quickly got the job scheduled, parts orders and job done in 4 hrs. Would highly recommend Smart Choice.

Got a competitive quote and got the job done. Also threw in some extra coolant to hold over the few hot days until the replacement job.

I am very happy with the new heat pump and air exchanger. The guys that installed were very knowledgeable of the equipment. They also let me know the steps they were taking, when they were going to lunch, when they done for the day and were totally finished. The office personnel were also very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked out a schedule for when the installation would be done that fit our schedule. Great job! Thank you!!!

Installers had to overcome a number of challenges to install the new furnace and heat pump (tight crawl space with difficult access, dryer vent location and addition of a new thermostat wire). They completed the installation ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good working order.

This job was scheduled for two days right in the middle of a heatwave. They (Daniel \& Gavin) showed up at 8:30am, right on schedule. Worked through lunch and completed the entire installation by 3:30 pm. They had my system up , running and cooled down before they left !! Thanks guys, you were informative, efficient and thorough in your professional installation.

I highly recommend Smart Choice for several reasons. Their bid for the ductless mini\-split system was less than three other bids AND was a more comprehensive name\-brand system. Their customer service is excellent: they were always friendly and professional, all the staff were respectful of keeping my home clean and they were careful to keep wallboard dust non\-existent. They utilized a vacuum box system to enclose and vacuum the area as they worked. It kept my home dust\-free. They cleaned up thoroughly inside and outside. Plus they painted the outside conduit and fixtures to match my house.

Smart Choice has been servicing my home for about 3 years. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. They did a great job installing my new furnace and AC unit at an affordable price. Thank you!

Before my installation began I received a call advising my parts were changing due to my existing equipment size. I was informed of the different parts and that there was no extra charge. The installation crew was great, they worked efficiently and updated me on progress throughout the installation. I love my new ductless system and was super pleased with the Smart Choice employees who worked with me\-\-from the scheduler to the installers! They were punctual, knowledgeable, accommodating (moved the unit over a foot to make me happy), and courteous (covered my carpet and kept traffic at a minimum)! They even came back so that I wasn't left alone with the electricians who came to run the power to the unit! Their character speaks volumes! I would recommend this company to anyone looking! Do the research\-\-they are clearly the Smarter Choice! : )
