Overall experience with having a new Bryant heat pump installed at my home was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Small Solutions to anyone looking to repair or replace an HVAC system in their home. The installers were prompt, efficient, courteous and very professional. they answered any and all questions along the way and made sure we were totally comfortable with everything when completed.

We were having some issues with our current hvac unit and small solutions came out to help with the unit but it failed and they went above and beyond to help us get it taken care of! We use them for all of our hvac needs and will continue to only use them, staff is friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job.

I contacted Small Solutions based on their internet ratings and was not disappointed. They came out to diagnose the system quickly during the holiday season and followed up repeatedly without being annoying. The entire process of diagnosis to installation of a new heat pump was done professionally and efficiently. Thoroughly impressed!

From first contact with their "comfort specialist", Robert, to every member of the cleaning crew and the installation crew, I had a sense that I was dealing with people who knew what the job was about. Duct cleaning and installation completed in one day with no hiccups. Very important: No additional expenses for "unforeseen issues." I paid exactly what was stated in the original contract and not a penny more.

Every step of the process was excellent, from sales to installation. Literally, each person we interacted or spoke with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The salesman took the time to understand our situation and offer clear solutions, the staff was friendly and returned after\-hours calls and inquiry's in a timely fashion, and the installation team showed up on time, was prepared, worked quickly to install our new system, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Small Solutions LLC was referred to me by a friend, and I would definitely do the same.

Efficient \& polite. The installers were attentive to my concerns, and corrected a problem I noticed with the physical support of the outside unit.

Our AC was not working, called Small Solutions for a service call and discovered the unit was not repairable. We were not expecting the expense, however, everything was installed within a week. They did not leave one speck of trash, were so respectful and professional and we're relieved to have a 10 year warranty!

Two heat pumps were replaced with some reconfiguration of ductwork and condenser unit relocation. Everything went very well and the crew was great to work with. Very happy with the results. Thanks for a good job!

Service was excellent. Unit is very quiet.

I am very pleased with the same day response when my a/c went out. I received a competitive quote that day and installation less than a week later. The guys who did the work were very polite, clean, and efficient. A totally professional operation. I highly recommend Small Solutions to anyone.

They worked quickly but made sure that everything was in 100%, there wasn?t any cutting corners. If I had any questions they took their time to explain everything and they?d keep me updated on how things were going. They were very nice and genuine guys. They treated us like people and not just $$.

This company is the BEST!

Our 18 year old system had sprung a leak, and we were told we could spend a whole lot of money to patch it and recharge the coolant with no guarantee that it would last the summer, or we could pay a bit more and replace the whole thing with a 10 year guarantee on the product. We made the obvious choice, and are extremely happy. The new unit is much quieter, and gets the house to the desired temperature much faster. Can?t say enough good things about Small Solutions, LLC. They are straight shooters and have taken very good care of us!

My furnace went bad so went ahead and had AC and furnace replaced by Small Solutions. They have Great customer service, and the three fellows who came out and installed furnace and AC were extremely nice and did a fantastic job. This company is wonderful... highly recommend!
