I am very happy with my new system and the way it was installed. We have some pretty unusual duct work and after getting the old furnace out they did their best to tweak the existing ducting and make it more efficient which I feel has helped the overall airflow in my house. The only hiccup was the new thermostat that was installed seemed to be defective from the factory but they set me up with a temporary thermostat till the next day when they installed a new one which works great. It is very nice to have a working system again.

Arrived right on time, listened to our questions and issues; and came up with appropriate solution suggestions. Replacement installation started on time and did not take as long as expected. Service men were totally communicative and helpful and cleaned\-up after they were finished. Totally satisfied!
