I moved into our brand new home 6 years in an HOA. We recently discovered that our air handler in our attic was leaking from the coils. We called Trotter Air Service and Mr. Trotter came out the same day I called. The owner, Don Trotter, checked our compressor, and the coil leaks in the attic.
