Sean and Chris scheduled Alex to come out to our home. Alex was amazing, very thorough and willing to walk through our options. Once we decided on what we believed to be the best solution they were quick to get us on their books and have our service completed. After the work was done I have had a number of conversations with the entire team. I would feel very comfortable recommending them to others for AC service.

They did advise us to contact our previous A/C installer to see if they would be willing to honor the factory warranty on the defected Lennox product in an attempt to save us some expense. Trotter Air is absolutely the best! We've used them for semiannual service of our HVAC system for a few years, and wanted to replace our old AC system. Sean, Chris and the rest of the team were incredible. Our downstairs unit was shot and Sean was able to do some troubleshooting within minutes. Chris diagnosed the issue the next morning and was able to get us slotted for install later that day. When everyone arrived a few days later, they explained the process and introduced us to Jose. The install went flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. I would HAPPILY recommend Trotter Air Services to anyone.

During the hottest days of August, our old air conditioning unit stopped cooling. I called Trotter Air at almost 5 o'clock in the afternoon and left a message, and my call was returned within 30 minutes. The problems were serious, and dictated that we get a new unit. Sean and Chris had us an estimate and put us on the schedule for installation within 24 hours. We have used this company through 3 generations of service providers and could not be more pleased with our service and the products they provide.

I moved into our brand new home 6 years in an HOA. We recently discovered that our air handler in our attic was leaking from the coils. We called Trotter Air Service and Mr. Trotter came out the same day I called. The owner, Don Trotter, checked our compressor, and the coil leaks in the attic. He also noticed that all the duct work was done ineffectively and incorrectly that was done by the A/C company working with the builder of the HOA which was Grenadier Homes. The finished work done by Mr. Trotter and his experienced crew was fantastic. Mr. Trotter went above and beyond what was expected of him and his crew. I thank him very much.

Don Trotter worked with me to develop a replacement HVAC strategy for my home. My original systems were approaching 30 years of age and the original zoning was inefficient. After a few visits by Don and Sean, a plan was developed and executed quickly. Pricing was good with Trotter providing 2 stage systems for significantly less than his competition.

They were neat in their work and cleaned up all debris upon completion. A through instruction was given on the use of the thermostat.

The Trotter family over the years has always been honest, courteous and respectful, but most of all a company that eagerly and enthusiastically teaches their customers the theory of home heating and cooling, maintenance and repair objectives, and service needs.
