Received a mailer and was unhappy with our prior service provider. Signed on to C\&C Myers and have been quite happy with all the service and now the installation of our new complete unit.

Technicians did a great job installing my replacement AC unit.

We suddenly noted a failure of our upstairs AC unit over a weekend. I called C\&C Myers immediately, and they sent a technician to look at the unit on Monday. After his evaluation and looking at pictures of the coils which were old and rusted, it was decided to go with installation of a new high efficiency unit. We were to leave town on Thursday of that week. C\&C Myers promptly ordered the unit that same day, and on Wednesday the unit and compressor were installed. I remain very pleased and satisfied with the service of our HVAC systems (both are Bryant), our crawl space installation and dehumidifier, plumbing and propane fireplace service, all done by C\&C Myers.

My only complaint is with the Bryant AC unit itself. We purchased the #1 choice, but it doesn't cool the house like our old unit did.

After my old unit died they came over very quickly and took charge of replacement, loaned me a window unit until the new unit could be installed, and took care of a minor problem with the new unit.

overall it was a good experience especially when you have to spend a lot of money to replace your unit. only thing i would recommend was being a little bit less pushy from the initial conversation that i had with the guy before i could think about and do my own research. almost pushed me away like he was trying to get me to commit to something so fast threw up some red flags for me. but once i told him that hey i dont have to do anything today we started talking and making the experience more enjoyable.

Put in a new affordable system for me when my existing one wasn't working.

I've only had my unit a week, but running perfectly so far. C\&C did a great job from coming out for the initial repair, to recommending replacing a very old unit and walking me through the painless purchase process, to a quick and seamless install from Mark, Ashton and Zeke.

Company owner jumped on the problem and responded with a quick solution. Flood stopped, dehumidifying performed, and damaged bed replaced and rugs cleaned. In the past, service always exceeded expectations. C\&C recently put a Bryant unit in our home on Andover Way, the service and quality was excellent. We love the unit!

We found that our 15 year old upstairs split HVAC unit had failed on Friday 7/5. The service technician recommended a new variable speed system and gave us a quote on the spot. Two temporary window A/C units were provided to keep cool for the weekend. The installation team arrived at 7:30 Monday and finished their work by 1:30. All work was professional with no house damage and all debris cleaned. The system runs noticeably less than the old system to maintain the same temperature. I anticipate noticeable savings. Overall a great experience as usual with C\&C Myers.

This was the best AC service that I've ever had. Both the man who diagnosed the problem (Joey B.) that led to the AC replacement and the men who did the installation (led by Derek) were extremely competent, very patient with my many (probably laughably ignorant) questions, and unfailingly courteous and professional without ever being stuffy or condescending. Despite their encountering an unforeseen access problem that required the temporary removal of my water heater by a hastily summoned company plumber, they finished the job on time and did not charge me extra, as I worried might be the case. The estimate was fair and the Bryant brand is dependable, according to my online research and my consultation with a friend who is knowledgeable about air conditioners. My AC is working like a charm and the air in my condo already smells much fresher. This was a very different experience from encounters (rare, thank heaven!) with handymen who view a single woman living alone as an easy rip\-off target, who arrive high or intoxicated or, worst of all, see single women as potential prey. I was treated appropriately and with respect at all times by the men working here at all times, and I felt very safe. For that, I am extra grateful, and I am recommending C \& C Myer to my friends. I was impressed with first meeting Robert, the representative who came to our house. He was very detailed and listened to what our needs were. I was also impressed with Craig and Danial who installed the equipment. They keep us informed as to every step they were doing.

As the owner of the home, I was not able to be present during the evaluation and installation of the unit. The serviceman sent me pictures and explained in detail what my options were. I felt comfortable with the assessment and felt that I was receiving a fair quote. I would recommend this company highly to others

I was pleased with the installation crew, but the system froze up due to a faulty temperature control valve. A technician was dispatched during the evening of 5/22, but couldn't troubleshoot due to the frozen coils and line set. My wife and I slept in 85 degree temps. A second technician arrived the following morning at 9 a.m. and worked most of the day to get the system running, leaving around 3:30 p.m. The condo reached a temperature of 74 degrees around 9 p.m. on 5/23. Not a very good impression of the new system.

C\&C Meyers were very responsive and professional! The were quick to assist when our system failed and provided expert advice on what was needed. Haven't had a problem. CC Meyers is a very professional organization with knowledgeable staff. We paid for a service call to assess our existing system and the technician listed several options. Given our prior unit's age, we opted to replace the system.

We have been long term clients of C\&C Myers Heating and A/C and have always found them to be responsive, honest and hardworking. We recently bought a new HVAC unit and the professionals at C\&C Myers Heating and A/C did everything they could to sell us the right unit, not the most expensive or the one with more "bells and whistles" than we needed. My old system finally gave out and needed to be replaced. I called C\&C Myers and was taken care of with heat in a few hours thanks to heat strips. Due to the holiday, my new system was installed a week later. Everyone who has come to my home has been professional, respectful of my home, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I appreciated information being conveyed to me in a manner I could understand. Everything has exceeded my expectations. They have many checks and balances in place to insure the highest quality service and product. I am an extremely satisfied customer so far and will recommend this company to everyone I know.

I've used C\&C Meyers for regular service for years. They have always done a good job. This time, it was a Sunday service call which determined my AC unit was shot. They installed a new one by Wednesday and were most professional.
