From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had with any HVAC company or any other in home service I've had. They were very professional and knowledgeable, they were on time and worked diligently and when finished they cleaned up the work area so that you could not tell they had been there. We have worked with Cool Care to increase our energy efficiency and lower our utilities. We were experiencing humid / muggy conditions in our home while the unit seemed to run constantly. We purchased the 5 speed Evolution product with isolated zones for our air. Now we can set our bedroom and other rooms to be managed by the smart thermostat. Our first months bill saved over $150 in the first month (year over year).

Cool Care installed out new 17 SEER 2 stage AC/ 96% 2 stage gas furnace system in 1 day, however due to a mistake in wiring, it took and extra \~2 hrs to get the system on, Once one (around 9pm), everything seemed to works great. However, a couple issues that still have not been resolved about 1 month later: \- the mastic used to seal the plenum to the top of the system failed to dry, and ended up dripping down the side of the brand new equipment. Looks awful (white streaks running down the entire cabinet). Unsure if seal is air tight. \-condensation builds up on the top half of the unit when operating \- plenum insulation has a large gap in the back portion. condensation is forming on the exposed sheet metal and making the surrounding insulation wet. potential mildew issue. \-when the system is off, there is a strong musty smell emanating from the return grilles in the house \-part of my signed and accepted quote included a $375 rebate from Bryant which Cool Care said they would file on my behalf \- however, when I asked their rep in a follow up call about this, they didn't seem to know what I was talking about.

Cool Care did a fantastic job assessing my issues and replacing my old equipment in a timely manner. Top notch customer service and very knowledgable employees from the service technician, project manager and down to the Installation Team. I am highly pleased with my new equipment and will be recommending Cool Care to everyone.

These guys were great from the rep who came out to the installers and the office staff. Everything was well explained and well done. Highly recommend.
