Old A/C unit not cooling in extreme heat. LCAS was quick to come out. Jason (owner) evaluated the unit and provided us with detail information about the unit and replacement options. When we received the quote they also included information regarding electric company rebate application, tax incentive info, as well as, information on the different options. Everyone from the office staff to the installers were very responsive and professional. Technicians Carl \& Jon, were knowledgeable and respectful of property. Overall, very happy with LCAS service.

It started with the most detailed, step by step, easy to understand estimate of any we received. Jason answered all my questions thoroughly and gave us system options that would be matched to our home. On installation day Carl and his team arrived on time and went right to work. They had everything they needed to complete the job and haul away the old system. Carl and his team were always courteous, respectful, and conducted themselves like gentlemen, which, to my wife and I, is just as important and their skill set. They completely cleaned up after the installation was complete and took the time to explain the system and how to use it most efficiently. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better team and for better overall service.

Jason and his team are professional from start to finish! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacement unit installed, or HVAC troubleshooting and/or servicing.

A week after installation of a brand\-new unit, the fan motor failed. I called on a Saturday morning and the technician arrived in 3 hours, replaced it with a spare he had in his truck and I was operation 5 hours after my call. Outanding service.
