Courtesy and professionalism. I stayed out of the worker's way, but saw what they did. They were always polite, answered any questions I had and on a regular basis informed me of their progress and asked me if I had any questions. I was a sheetmetal worker for 13 years. I also have welded for 30 years, have an Assoc Degree in Welding Technology , am a machinist and did all the electrical and plumbing in my 1st house. I know if worker's know their job...they do. They worked steady and didn't try to get it done in a certain amount of time. Their commitment was to do it right, even adding a sump pump with a hose that ran up and over to the washer drain so no one would accidently trip over it. And I feel that all comes from the top. Dave exhibited the same qualities when I talked to him and he was totally in charge when he checked on his employees the first morning after they started the job. In charge, but he also treated them with respect. Good product. Good people to install and service it.
