I have relied on Bob Cermignano's excellent service for over 30 years! Every job is done correctly and my questions are answered completely. Everyone is polite and friendly.

I got a mini split put in a closet I was told would fit without making changes to the closet door or replacing it. In the end, we secured the door so it no longer folded and added a magnet to keep it closed. The real issue is that the thermostat doesn't keep accurate temperature. It's anywhere from 2\-5 degrees off from what it is set at. A replacement was promised but the wrong unit was given to the tech. I'm hoping for a new replacement and if it doesn't work, I'll have to go back to my old thermostat that doesn't automatically go from air to heat as needed. They have sent many folks out here to get this all straight, and it has taken up a lot of my time. The staff is nice and they want to help but you can only do so much when the thermostat doesn't work right. I'm hoping they will resolve this asap but since me review time is up in a day or two, I wanted to let you know the truth. The mini split is efficient but when first installed with a remote it would never turn off as is wasn't set up right so I gave the remote back and asked for a thermostat. And that is how we now sit.

From helpful John McBride, who gave me several options for a new AC system, to the great installation team of Bob, John, and Cody, I thought this was a great company to work with. Bottom line is that I would work with them again.

John from Bob Cermignano is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to home HVAC — this was clear from the moment he walked through the door. I have an old house and was interested in getting mini\-splits installed. John helped come up with a solution that is nearly invisible in terms of exterior changes and line\-hides. The system is appropriately sized and my hoome is now cool and dry despite the August heat. I was nervous about the size of the project, but John and the rest of the Cermignano install team communicated with me very clearly and consistently told me everything I needed to know. The work was done cleanly, on\-schedule, and required no post\-install fixups. I received everything I asked for, as described in the quote. Our carbon monoxide detector went off. We were concerned that the furnace was the cause. We contacted Bob Cermignano AC\-Htg, Inc., our HVAC company we have contracted with for more than 30 years. This was the evening before we were leaving on a trip. We arranged through our daughter for a technician from his company to come check out our system. The technician found markedly elevated CO levels in the exhaust from the furnace and leakage into the furnace room and the rest of the house. Bob Cermignano came to the house, and determined that the 16 year old furnace unit were malfunctioning and in need of replacement. We spoke to him from where we were, and he presented us with options and their likely costs. There was significant uncertainty about when parts of the furnace needed for a piecemeal repair would be available\-\-weeks to months. A complete replacement furnace unit was readily available. We chose to replace the furnace entirely, which was scheduled several days after we returned home. We feel that this minimized the time the furnace would be off (in winter). We feel that the service, guidance, and support we received was excellent.

Had a great experience with Bob Cermignano HVAC. We are first time home owners and when we purchased the house we knew something was wrong with our first floor AC but didn't know what. The scheduler was super helpful in getting me in quickly. The service tech was able to diagnose the problem and then John McBride the sales rep explained everything so that I could understand. I really appreciated the explanation without making me feel dumb. John was able to schedule the guys to come out and replace our evaporator coil promptly. They were professional and got the job done in less than half a day. Strongly recommend !

After much research and asking around I was directed to Bob Cermignano's AC services. 3 estimates and there's was much more reasonable for a 5 ton new AC. The work was quality, respectfully installed and explanations on new unit complete and easy to understand. I would without a doubt recommend this family owned business as well as use them again when I'm in the market for a new furnace.

John and Bob explained everything and Kevin and his crew did an excellent job of installing.

We were converting from oil to gas. John McBride, the Sales Associate, addressed our interests and questions in a professional and very thorough manner. He provided us bids for several different configurations of furnace and air\-conditioner/condenser units. He made a pre installation visit to make final measurements. He came to our house at least twice during the installation and then afterward to "walk me through" the entire system and maintenance requirements. The installers were careful, did things correctly, were polite and left the basement spotless. The service that Bob Cermignano uses to remove old furnaces, drain and remove our old oil tank etc. was also very professional in every respect .

The sale person, John, explained the various attributes of different systems, emphasized matching the correct capacity for my home and did not try to "over sale" me a more expensive system. The installers showed up on time, worked hard to do the install as planned without any big surprises. The A/C works great! They also serviced our 12 year old boiler that another company was telling me to replace for $15,000+.

I've used Cermignano a few times over the last few years and most recently foe the big job of an entirely new HVAC system. The were fantastic. John McBride took time to explain the options given to me in choosing a heat pump. The workers installing the heat pump took great care while in my home.

Four technicians arrived in uniform and masked for Covid. Wore booties in our home. Two replaced the outside unit and two worked inside to replace the air handler. By the end of the day the replacement was complete and our home was undisturbed.

Really good crew, pleasant to work with and very knowlegeable. They also use state\-of\-the\-art technology to pinpoint problems and solutions with precision. There were several tweakings needed after the job was considered done \-\- a whole house system replacement in an older house, going from single to dual zone. They returned right away, spared no resources, and only left when we were 100% satisfied. I recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever. Price was also better than Sila's.

It took close to a year to finally get our mini split working. Dealer kept coming back to try and figure it out then the Bryant rep came out twice and gave me a lame excuse that these were made overseas and that people in other countries ran their heaters differently than they do in the US which is why my unit would not work as described. Everyone was very nice and kept trying to fix things but once it was working I barely got an appology from anyone for the inconvenience. I just hope I don't have anymore trouble with it because I'm not sure anyone knows how to fix it.

Helped us with our insurance claim. Crew was efficient, professional and thorough, and very careful about leaving no mess. I am completely confident that everything was done to the letter and will use them again the next time there is a problem.

Work seems sloppy. I just found a broken piece on one of the wrought iron stair railings. Lights were always left on, doors left open, repairs not done well. The return vent was not screwed down and appears to be warped (bad part??) Workers pawed through some of my mother's things that I had packed away. I'd never suggest that anyone use this company. I really don't trust that they did a good job with the A/C and wish I'd used someone else.

We enjoyed working with Bob and his team. We recommend communicating by cell during the job. All in all a job well done.

Have worked with Bob in the past. Professional company. Workers are knowledgeable and friendly. When you have an issue you call them and they send someone out. Never had any issues with this company.

My heater stopped working during a period of cold weather and Bob and his service technicians came out immediately and replaced my heater. He also diagnosed and fixed some duct work problems to make heating and cooling my home more efficient. I would highly recommend this comapny.

Installed new condenser and air handler. Work was done exactly as promised. Bryant air handler is very quiet.

Systems only fail on Sat. nights. We all know that. So we had the Sun. morning emergency visit, with confirmation that the existing system, not just the blower, was shot. Then the Mon. morning visit from Bob, the owner, to spec out a new Bryant system. And the full\-day, 2\-man Wed. installation, with the place left spotless. Got heat!

New HVAC equipment was installed in a tight low ceiling attic above occupied space. It was accomplished with minimal disruptions to the household in a short period of time. Long standing inadequate heating and cooling conditions on the third floor of the house were fully resolved.

Carbon monoxide detector went off. Called Cermignano and they sent a technician within a few hours. High carbon monoxide level detected in flue. Opted to purchase a new high efficiency gas fired furnace rather than replace heat exchanger which was either cracked or blocked. Furnace was turned off and technician returned with three space heaters to keep house warm overnight. Installed new furnace the next day.
