I've used their services before and have found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. You can usually get an appointment for whatever you are needing with out too long of a wait. One time when something was urgent they had someone out to the house the same day.

Identified the problem with our old HVAC equipment and offered us the two best replacements. Installation was timely and efficient. The techs were respectful and hardworking. Follow\-up to install updated software was professional. Our new units work like a charm! Thanks.

Had Evergreen replace both our 25 year old heat pump/air handler systems, the installation was well done with lots of attention to details making it look extremely professional. Nobody expects to have equipment issues but it happens, when it does its the response that matters. One of the systems stopped working several hours after the crew left on a Friday night. I sent an e\-mail out describing the situation and within an hour or two had the owner and a tech back on\-site resolving what was a manufacture defect, they got it back up and running that night. They have followed up multiple times to make sure everything is up to my satisfaction, and I can honestly say it is. Can't say enough good things about Evergreen, highly recommend them, good people to deal with from the sales, the office staff to the installation team.

We had Evergreen Gas \& Heating \& Cooling out to repair our old furnace in early 2020. We knew from the level of knowledge and service on that visit that is who we would use when it came to replace our 27\-year\-old furnace and AC. We did not make a mistake with that decision. Evergreen's service is very thorough, we never were wondering what was happening next or when it would happen. The best part is when we paid the final bill, they brought it to our attention that we had paid too much and sent us a refund. We would have never known!! Highly recommend them!!!

From the day TJ came to give us a bid until the day the furnace and heat pump were installed everything went smoothly. The men working here , Isaac, Max, and Sonny, were a pleasure to have in our home. Everything was spotless when they left and the whole system was working perfectly the same day. In less than one day our old air conditioner and furnace were removed and the new Bryant equipment installed \- amazing. We hope we have marked the above attributes correctly since we aren't sure what the x meant, but we want to make sure we rated it the best.

They were the most professional, honest, and forthright estimate we got. When it came to installation they were quick, efficient, clean, with absolutely no issues.

Isaac What is the technician who did the actual installation of the new furnace was very impressed he was very friendly and worked very hard to get it done as soon as possible all together the process only took only about five hours. Also I had dealings with the folks in logistics (Molly and Carrie. Everyone was very professional, responded to all my questions in very timely manner. I had a wonderful experience upgrading an elderly 80% gas furnace to a Bryant Hybrid System with Evergreen Gas! TJ laid out all my options at different price points, answered all my questions, and sent me a quote/proposal that afternoon. I like to get a couple quotes prior to hiring contractors, otherwise I would've hired them based on Tj's visit. The other similarly sized company that I received a quote from was $5k more for the exact same equipment. I scheduled with Evergreen Gas, but I had a few follow up questions concerning my unique venting requirements. Bill the owner came over, and we found a solution that would work for us while remaining aesthetically pleasing. Isaac and crew arrived promptly on the day of install. They did a very tidy install and were very respectful of our property. I had an issue with my air purifier unrelated to the install, and Anthony the service manager came by right away and remedied the issue! My wife and I have been enjoying comfort of the Hybrid System. We had some 20 degree evenings, and the equipment worked flawlessly! Molly and Carrie were very pleasant over the phone with scheduling and invoicing. They have excellent communication with appointment confirmations and text updates for technician arrivals. I am confidant that I'm in good hands for all my service needs and I plan on enrolling in their service program that provides an excellent value. Call Evergreen Gas already!

Furnace replaced and heat pump installed. Very tight space for the furnace replacement and 8" thick concrete wall in the way of installing the heat pump. All challenges were overcome by the very capable crew...and always with a smile.

They did a great job installing the new system but the new heat pump came with a dent and when they tried to straighten it there were some scratches left in the powder coating.

Just completed install of our new A/C system, which went very well. Install crew was fast, thorough, professional, courteous, answered all my questions, explained how system worked. In addition, contractor's electrician was first rate, expertly adjusted existing panel to accommodate our new system for a very reasonable cost, and explained what he was doing to me so that I understood what he did and why. Evergreen sales rep and techs are competent, capable, and professional.

We have lived in several cities and states and replaced a few HVAC systems. This was the best experience. No dreaded call backs. Cleaned up after the install. Followed through with one on one instructions. Completed Warranty Registrations and Gas Company rebates. We just sat back and got a wonderful new system!

We have used Evergreen for routine HVAC service as well as for our new HVAC system installation. They are simply the best \- knowledgeable, prompt and professional.

The crew worked non\-stop all day to remove and instal my new furnace and AC. They found that the old system just dumped the condensation into the crawlspace and so added a new connection and pump to get it out of the house.

I was not my old self and was having some health problems when I found out from the gas company that I needed to replace a dangerous heater and air conditioner and wasn't my normal self. Bill, the owner came and explained what they could offer me, and gave me quotes. I didn't know which ones I wanted to own. Bill was very patient. He knew about what was going on with me and how difficult it was for me to make up my mind. I wound up going top of the line and he also worked with me on how to pay and I have never met a business man that was more helpful working with me on how I could pay for the units. And, he had to explain more than one time, which he did with great patience. Molly, in the office also was wonderful, very patient also. Then I can say the installers were their Boss's and Molly's equal. Isaac Ball and Jesse. Their installation was excellent. And when I wanted the air conditioner moved, they did it. No complaints, lots of just how the best way to do changing where it went talk. I would use this company again if I needed their products. Oh yes...I asked the gas company if they could recommend a company and they gave me this company's name. I don't want to leave out Anthony Tarr who cleaned out my Gas fireplace. I couldn't get the front out to clean the special glass windows (so dirty couldn't see the flames) it was very heavy. When he was finished he showed me how to change the fire colors and we stepped back and I went WOW! It was not only so clean it looked almost like brand new...it looked so much better with the color change in the flames.

Our 30 year old furnace died at the beginning of a cold spell and after calling several vendors Evergreen was the ne that provided the quickest response and best solution with a competitive price. I was very impressed with the initial repair technician who diagnosed our old furnace, the salesman who helped me to understand what our options were and the installation technicians who promptly got everything up and working just before the real cold hit. After the new equipment was installed we realized just how inefficient our old furnace was. Now if it would just warm up enough to see how well the new AC works.

These people were great they showed up on time and were done before the time they thought they would be done. My house was getting cool before you could snap your fingers. The people who also did the wiring for my air conditioner were as good as they get they hid my wires and it looks great. Evergreen Gas was ?assigned? to me by NW Natural Gas to install a gas fireplace insert. I was very impressed with Evergreen Gas? customer service so I had them give me a bid for AC. Their quote beat the other guy and they again did a great installation job.

I am a landlord, and as is so often the case, a furnace died on the coldest day of December this year at my property. Evergreen and my property manager put together a whole new program for me. During a site visit, more was discovered to be needed as an old a/c unit was not installed to code some 20 years ago. This was not up\-selling, this was concern for safety and longevity going forward. I am very grateful to Evergreen for their moving heaven and earth to get my tenants heat on some of the coldest nights of this winter, even taking over space heaters until the install was complete to help keep the family warm. Highly recommend their knowledge of the latest technology and why it is better than going 'cheap' for this type of equipment.
