Excellent service and friendly staff!!

The staff who have serviced and installed our heating and cooling system have been great to work with. We feel we get honest information and quality work with each service appointment.

They came and replaced my furnace when it was 106°! They came from about 20 miles away when there was no one else available. I grew up in Yakima. We had many summers with temps in the triple digits . I am 75 years old and have MS. They saved me because my body can't regulate heat normally. They were very courteous and I wanted to adopt them! Any grandma would be proud of them!

It was an excellent and positive experience when they installed my AC system. Very kind and professional staff/technicians.

The entire experience was professional and timely. Efficiency has regularly cleaned our furnace \& AC. We did our homework \& their offer included all the work. This was not the only reason but a factor. The other companies said there might be additional work \& costs. We had a home warranty and they wanted $2,500 for additional work and an updated to our new electric panel with was an extra $1,400. They did an outstanding professional work in a terrible workspace in our older home. Thank you!

Still highly impressed with Efficiency H\&C. We've had a furnace and then an a/c installed by them in a prior home and were impressed by their outstanding service. Yesterday we had our furnace replaced by Cody and Johnny at our newer home. I had called last week because our old furnace was making strange noises. Diedrich came out— a personable young man went through some options with me, as the furnace, which we had shut off, and now that I look back upon it, made a sound resembling a death rattle. While we explored the possibility of a repair, which is always preferable, he let it be my choice. Not a hint of high pressure sales, he treated me like a human being. It was obvious the furnace had to go. Then Jason came out to talk about a replacement. We knew what we wanted, and he was a good listener and got everything sorted out and entered on his tablet. Again, excellent interpersonal skills. He gave me his card and has been quickly responsive to my calls. Then Cody knocked on my door yesterday morning, at the time I was given. Explained some of what they would do, and said Johnny, the lead tech, would go through more when he arrived soon after. Cody and Johnny got to work immediately and had the furnace up by 4pm just like they said. So wonderful to have our heat back on and working more efficiently. They were very considerate about removing their shoes when they came into the house and conscientious about cleaning up when they were done. Highly commendable. Feels great to have a H\&C company you can rely on and recommend.

Ryan came out and provided a quote for a solution they could install within 2 days. The next day they called to schedule, and the day after Johnny showed up at 9am and it was all done by 5pm. Exactly what I wanted, and needed, fast friendly, easy financing, and very professional!

Great work from Efficiency Heating \& Cooling. They removed our old Lennox, installed the new Bryant and was all done "efficiently" and professionally in one day. I enjoyed these guys. I'd recommend the company whole\-heartedly. They worked around our schedule /unique needs (family relative illness out of state; our crazy dog needing to be removed from the premises while they worked) and one week after they installed it, we were hit with a major deep freeze and ice storm. Have never been so happy to have a new excellent furnace.. Well done. They'd installed our neighbor's HVAC a couple years ago, then came over, worked on our AC, did maintenance on old furnace after that. I've trusted every single person I've had contact with at the company, from maintenance persons, to the installers to the initial furnace job estimator Ryan. He helped get the right model that had $1000 rebate (I'd done my research and knew the excellent midline model it was) which was really appreciated as we are definitely not wealthy. I'm the son of a perfectionist contractor/old school master carpenter\-\-\-I know what the score is\-\-\-and this is a well run company you can trust. Thanks.

The crew was great! Ryan \- the estimator\- who thoroughly explained the options and specials \- was great. The installation crew were also great \- Rafael, Diego, and John Durango \- completed the job in a few hours with neatness, helped set up the smart thermostat, and answered all my questions.

Damion and Kellen were an excellent installation team. Both demonstrated discipline in there work ethic and respect for us and each other. They know there job and were very efficient.

The install was tricky because our old system was in an awkward spot, but the technician did a fantastic job and we are pleased with the results. Efficiency Heating \& Cooling recently installed a new Bryant heater and heat pump system at my house. The crew was super respectful of my property and me, answered all of my many questions and provided valuable additional information that helped me understand how the new system will work. My house is now cool. I am very pleased with this company, its employees and my new heating and cooling equipment.

Really impressed with how professional this company is, the estimate from Ray was itemized so I seen were every dollar was going, no other company I got a bid from did this. The technicians I had, Diego and Johnny did a good job with the installation. When the techs take the time to do extra little things you can feel confident in everything else they're doing. I was with out heat, after having a New Goodman installed in April 2022, it had 3 bad mother boards, and installer left out lots of things, causing me to have to replace in November. Efficiency talked with about my options and I could have not asked for better information. They are awsume

To start with I must compliment the person that came to give me the estimate. Jason Shaw. He is excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting things set up for me. The two installers that I had, they were exemplary in the job that they did and they constant communication they gave me is what was going on. Fine examples of the company that they work for.

Great job

The job was a lot more involved than how it was presented to the installers, so it took them many more hours to complete than anticipated. They had to cut holes in the attic access hole and had to cut up the old furnace in order to remove it. It was a very difficult job, even though the townhouse is small. The installers stayed until 10:00 pm one very, very hot night trying to finish on time. We felt so bad for them, though they didn't complain. They had to come for an extra day to finish, which was fine, but it would have been better if the estimate for the time needed would have been more accurate. The installers were both wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The electrician left holes in the walls and needed to be reminded to come back to repair them, which took a while, but it's done now. We love having the AC and are glad to have a new furnace.

From buying to installation, my experience was excellent! They took the time to explain as well. I highly recommend!

Technicians good at setting expectations, retrofit, care taken, explanations, clean up. Pest inspector says they left the crawlspace rodent exclusions in place or improved.

Process went great despite equipment delays, everything was installed cleanly, quick communication for service and info. Had to get the exhaust tube repositioned due to improper slope and condensation collecting/gurgling, but running great!

This company excels in communication. They sent updates as to when their employees were enroute, with a picture. That made me feel safe. Professional in both sales , Jason is an expert in this field, friendly and helpful..

Problem was not with installation it was with shipping. We waited 2 months for delivery. I get it Covid but it was not optimal.

Efficiency H+C has a good team for estimates and installation. The estimator, Jason, a former AC tech himself, helped us pick the right unit (which for our home turned out to be the "better" 123A Bryant.) The installation was relatively painless, start to finish in one day, with a 2\-man team for the install and piping. Bullseye Electric was called in for the electrical line work to the breaker box, and they were great to work with as well. Even at the end of the day, the techs were willing to help with a few "nice to have" details that, well, were really nice to have! :) Overall, a very good experience.

We were having problems with our A/C and called Efficiency Heating \& Cooling. They came the same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Great service and repair.

Had a bit of a tricky install but they got it done with little fanfare and no hassle to me. The system is working great and my bills are lower.

The installation of my Furnace and A/C replacement went very smoothly. The only hitch was the local regulations by the city requireing both Efficiency H/C and myself to come up with a workable solution. All in all it was a very good install and pleasurable experience with all the Efficiency staff.

I had one of the installers install my modulating furnace and variable speed air conditioner and Tom did a great job. My house is much more comfortable now!

Efficiency H\&C is a well\-recommended firm. They were VERY POLITE, on time, efficient, and I am in no position to judge their technical skills. They try hard to please the customer. A high efficiency furnace, on the other hand, sends out more moderate heat, more often, than my previous 80% furnace did. This means more even heat but more furnace noise, even at night. Worst aspect is the Honeywell THERMOSTAT!! Too small print, very dark screen: I'm flying BLIND! We're warm, and thankful to Efficiency HC for that!!!

Replace 23 yr old Trane gas furnance and ac uni with new Bryant 926T 95+ efficient gas furnance and new Bryant 123A ac unit

Company was on the low\-end of my bids, very prompt and quick on follow\-up. They did a clean job and the unit is quiet and working more efficiently than the last one. No problems or complaints at all.
