Continuing Great Service Over the Years
Still highly impressed with Efficiency H\&C. We've had a furnace and then an a/c installed by them in a prior home and were impressed by their outstanding service. Yesterday we had our furnace replaced by Cody and Johnny at our newer home. I had called last week because our old furnace was making strange noises. Diedrich came out— a personable young man went through some options with me, as the furnace, which we had shut off, and now that I look back upon it, made a sound resembling a death rattle. While we explored the possibility of a repair, which is always preferable, he let it be my choice. Not a hint of high pressure sales, he treated me like a human being. It was obvious the furnace had to go. Then Jason came out to talk about a replacement. We knew what we wanted, and he was a good listener and got everything sorted out and entered on his tablet. Again, excellent interpersonal skills. He gave me his card and has been quickly responsive to my calls. Then Cody knocked on my door yesterday morning, at the time I was given. Explained some of what they would do, and said Johnny, the lead tech, would go through more when he arrived soon after. Cody and Johnny got to work immediately and had the furnace up by 4pm just like they said. So wonderful to have our heat back on and working more efficiently. They were very considerate about removing their shoes when they came into the house and conscientious about cleaning up when they were done. Highly commendable. Feels great to have a H\&C company you can rely on and recommend.

Great Job Installing Bryant Furnace!
Great work from Efficiency Heating \& Cooling. They removed our old Lennox, installed the new Bryant and was all done "efficiently" and professionally in one day. I enjoyed these guys. I'd recommend the company whole\-heartedly. They worked around our schedule /unique needs (family relative illness out of state; our crazy dog needing to be removed from the premises while they worked) and one week after they installed it, we were hit with a major deep freeze and ice storm. Have never been so happy to have a new excellent furnace.. Well done. They'd installed our neighbor's HVAC a couple years ago, then came over, worked on our AC, did maintenance on old furnace after that. The job was a lot more involved than how it was presented to the installers, so it took them many more hours to complete than anticipated. They had to cut holes in the attic access hole and had to cut up the old furnace in order to remove it. It was a very difficult job, even though the townhouse is small. The installers stayed until 10:00 pm one very, very hot night trying to finish on time. We felt so bad for them, though they didn't complain. They had to come for an extra day to finish, which was fine, but it would have been better if the estimate for the time needed would have been more accurate. The installers were both wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The electrician left holes in the walls and needed to be reminded to come back to repair them, which took a while, but it's done now. We love having the AC and are glad to have a new furnace.

Efficiency H+C has a good team for estimates and installation. The estimator, Jason, a former AC tech himself, helped us pick the right unit (which for our home turned out to be the "better" 123A Bryant.) The installation was relatively painless, start to finish in one day, with a 2\-man team for the install and piping. Bullseye Electric was called in for the electrical line work to the breaker box, and they were great to work with as well. Even at the end of the day, the techs were willing to help with a few "nice to have" details that, well, were really nice to have! :) Overall, a very good experience.

Smooth Install
The installation of my Furnace and A/C replacement went very smoothly. The only hitch was the local regulations by the city requireing both Efficiency H/C and myself to come up with a workable solution. All in all it was a very good install and pleasurable experience with all the Efficiency staff.

Higher efficiency is a TOTALLY different heating experience, Be Aware.
Efficiency H\&C is a well\-recommended firm. They were VERY POLITE, on time, efficient, and I am in no position to judge their technical skills. They try hard to please the customer. A high efficiency furnace, on the other hand, sends out more moderate heat, more often, than my previous 80% furnace did. This means more even heat but more furnace noise, even at night. Worst aspect is the Honeywell THERMOSTAT!! Too small print, very dark screen: I'm flying BLIND! We're warm, and thankful to Efficiency HC for that!!!
