Not only did they do a great job installing the units, they went out of their way to figure out why the pilot light wasn't working after the gas was turned back on... discovering a small gas leak at the meter!

Switched out my old 35 year old unit. Was apprehensive until Trent came and inspected what would need to be done. He assured me it would be an easy switch out. I'm so glad I made the decision to get a new unit and sorry I waited so long. Real pleased with the performance of the new unit. So quiet and modern looking.

The guys at Air Specialties showed up on time and got a complete rip out and new HVAC installation done in a day including running new wiring. The new wiring was an unexpected add on, but was pointed out as a valid safety concern having to do with the way my current systems' heat strips were inadequately wired. This issue could of eventually caused a house fire. Only a professional could of spotted this! The owner being on site was also reassuring. After the installation, everything having to do with the operation of the new unit and thermostat was fully tested and explained, and the job site fully cleaned up. At the office, Missy handled all the paperwork, registration and rebates.

Would be hard pressed to contact another HVAC provider, always been pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Air Specialities, JD Wheeler and his crews. Absolutely the best!

I called with a problem on a Sunday with a problem hoping for a response by Monday. JD called Sunday evening and had me scheduled for service the next day. Once it was determined I needed a new system, I was given options and had all my questions answered. The crew arrived when scheduled and stayed with the project until complete. Air Specialties was recommended to me by my son who had dealt with them on a maintenance issue. With the initial quote I was given 3 options, not just one. The installation was scheduled and they arrived at the time and day agreed. They cleaned and sealed the area where the furnace was installed and also cleaned up after the installation. They also covered the outside wires with a metal box to protect them from the weather. Overall, great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system.

GREAT SERVICE

My old AC unit failed Thursday evening around 8pm. I left a message that evening around 9:30pm with Air Specialties. JD and crew were at my home the next day to look over the system. After reviewing the details with me, a new exterior system was the best solution. It was installed the following morning, on a Saturday. I am thankful for their prompt response, knowledge of their field, their recommendations on how to proceed, and for completing the job on a Saturday.
