Quick and Thorough
The guys at Air Specialties showed up on time and got a complete rip out and new HVAC installation done in a day including running new wiring. The new wiring was an unexpected add on, but was pointed out as a valid safety concern having to do with the way my current systems' heat strips were inadequately wired. This issue could of eventually caused a house fire. Only a professional could of spotted this! The owner being on site was also reassuring. After the installation, everything having to do with the operation of the new unit and thermostat was fully tested and explained, and the job site fully cleaned up. At the office, Missy handled all the paperwork, registration and rebates.

My old AC unit failed Thursday evening around 8pm. I left a message that evening around 9:30pm with Air Specialties. JD and crew were at my home the next day to look over the system.
