Guys were on time. Finished install in about 3 hours. Price was less than competitors for same warranty on equipment and labor. But they used the brand new furnace as a saw horse to cut a 2x4 needed for outside unit installation. They also didn't know that a new thermostat was included in the quote. Luckily they had one with them and got it installed.
