Had a new furnace and some duct work done. I think there are two reasons people pick a certain company. One is price and the other is service. I was fortunate to find both at Ed's heating, cooling, plumbing and electric.

The only reason that "Solve Problems" is lower is that the remote sensor does not actually function as a unit to average the Temperature with the main thermostat as described. Other than that everything seems to be working as planned. I am assuming that once Bryant has the update available the sensor should work as intended. All of the workers involved seemed very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

First class response and expertise from Ed's. Heating, Air, and Hot Water tank all replaced. Pricing, removal and install was accomplished with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. So happy I called them.

My original furnace was 23 years old. I've had 3 no heat instances in the past 6 months. Each time ED's was there rectify the situation and get me up and running the same day except the last time on 12/23/22. They did give me 3 space heaters to keep the house in the 60's until after the Christmas Holidays. The new furnace was installed on 12/27/22.

Very efficient and clean work .

The two young men who did the removal and installation worked well together and knew what they were doing. They did the job in less time than I expected and left no mess. We assume the new units will serve us for many years. We have previously used Ed's and have always been satisfied with their work and the men who do the work. You are fortunate to have them as a dealer.

Ed's got the business because they had the equipment in stock and could install it within a week. They assigned two lead techs to the job to install it quickly to avoid too much time in the hot attic. They worked well together one inside and one outside, each installing part of the system. They communicated by cell phone. They cleaned up well and took all of the old equipment away. The equipment is much quieter that old and reuse of old tubing, pan and drain saved time and cost. So far very happy with the Bryant system

Installers were knowledgeable \& friendly. There was a problem with the furnace running correctly. But they had a replacement part delivered \& stayed until the furnace was running correctly. Followed up the next day to be sure that we were satisfied.

I have used Ed's to meet my heating and cooling needs for several years. When I purchased a new home, it was a no brainer to contact Ed's to perform maintenance on my furnace. When the technician advised me that I had maybe two years of useful life left on the furnace that I'd inherited, I decided to take the plunge and contact with him to replace my furnace and since I would enjoy greater efficiency by replacing my air conditioning unit at the same time, I authorized Ed's to do that as well. The installation was completed in several hours and my furnace has worked flawlessly ever since.

Michael and his two guys were there right at 8:00..I know they had to do some problem solving. My new furnace came out great! One guy worked on installing the A/C and it turned out great, too! I was shown how to use the thermostat in language a non\-tech person could understand. After the work was finished, they did a spot on clean\-up job.....just shy of mopping the basement floor and raking the back yard! They were very polite and professional. I really appreciate everything you did for me..I'd also like to thank Andy for being very honest with me in helping me to choose the units best suited for me and my budget...it was pretty painless! I have seen Ed's red vans around town a lot so I figured they could be outfit for me to trust. Then I read up on the company on\-line..

Quality Installation

Out furnace died on a cold winter morning, the technician came to our house approx. an hour after we called, analyzed the problem, and by one that same day, the old furnace was out and at 8AM the next day arrived back to the house with the new furnace, ready to install. The Bryant was our first choice, and the fact that Ed's was first rate in the installation and timeliness of this process, made the rather untimely and touch choice even easier.

The Ed's installer's were professional, friendly, and very informative. They were happy to answer any questions we had and explained our new 'Bryant' HVAC system to us in terms that were clear and straight forward.
