First unit they sold me was the wrong seer rating, and it was loud. Had a service tech come out and could not do anything with the noise. We traded up to their evolution model, had trouble with the cooling the first couple of days. Finally got a technician Jason out here and he solved the problem. This unit is working great as advertised overall a great company to deal with.

Shawn, Fred, and Stoney did a great job installing our new heat pump. As I watched them work, it was obvious that they had worked together before and they knew each other's strengths. It was also obvious that heat pump installation, even replacement of an existing similar system, requires a lot of effort to make everything match up and work properly. These guys clearly took pride in their work and were skilled craftsmen. We are looking forward to many years of great service.

One Hour replaced my old Furnace/Heat Pump/Thermostat/Humidifier/Air Filtration with a new Bryant System. The technicians were very Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. They far exceeded my expectations and made the whole transition as smooth as possible. I cannot think of any way their service could have been better. From the beginning of dealing with the sales person through the installation and into the post support answering all of my questions, they were Superior. AWESOME!!

My 25 year old furnace finally decided to retire and the folks from One Hour heating were able to come out the next day after I called and replaced the furnace. They were able to get it started again, and brought over a couple of space heaters in case the furnace went out again before they made it back.

One Hour always arrives on time. They are very professional and willing to work with me. They installed a new air conditioner and water heater in less than a day. The water heater required a little more effort than initially thought, but the technician made it happen. The air conditioner has been working well. They also installed a new thermostat and explained how it works. I was told I would need both city (air conditioner) and county (water heater) inspections on the new equipment and how to obtain those inspections. Both inspectors passed the One Hours installstions with flying colors. Job well done!

On this particular issue I only felt one person was working on my benefit . Others were not helpful, only answer to get unit repairs was to pay an $400 expediting fee. At the time of repair I was sitting at the bottom of 99 people

All personnel in the selection and installation of our system were extremely knowledgeable as usual. I have been a customer for many years and the service has always been top notch.

The service received was above and beyond and here's why I say that. Our furnace went out at a time when the geographic area was on the cusp of a major winter storm/blizzard right around Christmas. So in 2 days, we went from comfortable to having no heat at all save a borrowed space heater. It was days before Christmas and not only was getting the replacement equipment a problem but travel conditions we rapidly getting worse so all the way around we had the odds against us. We did get the equipment in time so the story ended well but here's where things went above and beyond. During the time of not knowing if we would receive the new equipment from the manufacturer before the holiday shutdown or if the weather shut things down for us, Steve, the service manager (I think) had the installers go ahead and show up at the job site, my home, and remove the existing system in the hopes that if or when the new system arrived it would expedite the install and at least get the heating portion of the install up and running. Meanwhile, Steve also had 4 brand new, still in the box, portable heaters sent to our house the next day to help if it came to the point that we still had no system to install and would at least provide us some comfort during the storm and holidays. Being without heat for even a couple of days seems like an eternity when it's you without the heat as opposed to your neighbor being without heat or reading about someone else's problems. I had my wife and me to be concerned with as well as other furry and feathered members of our family to worry about as well \- 2 dogs and 2 birds. All in all the level of service and care and concern was above and beyond. I can't really speak to the price I paid but the service after the sale was outstanding. Oh,...and they swapped out the original thermostat for a "Bluetooth" thermostat. When I was talking to the installer I mentioned that we also had another home in the south so we traveled back and forth. He mentioned that he was surprised I didn't get a Bluetooth so I could monitor and adjust temps as desired from away. I said that's a great idea and can I still get that. He called the company and they swapped out the equipment at no additional charge. So that was another added touch that left us feeling better about the experience.

We were extremely pleased with the service and knowledge of the technicians that assisted us with our service and installation! Bobby Pence thoroughly explained the issues and provided options for repair versus replacement. Bob Campbell was also very professional and knowledgeable with the installation. We can't thank Bobby and Bob enough for helping us make the right decisions with replacement and choosing the right systems for our needs! Their office provided up to the minute arrival times and even sent a photo of the technician ahead of time!! Thanks for a job well done that exceeded our expectations!

One Hour arrived quickly to diagnose that my old HVAC system had multiple problems and needed thousands of dollars in "right now" repairs, and thousands of dollars in "coming soon" repairs. I decided that a new system was needed and after shopping another company, I chose to buy from One Hour because of their commitment to stand by their product for many years, rather than the competition's basic 1 year warranty offering.

I had returned home from Being in the hospital as I just delivered my newborn son. We came home to our HVAC completely broken. They were able to come the next day. Thoroughly explained what was wrong with the system, cost to replace those parts and cost to entirely replace it as our system was 9 years old. We chose to replace it. They came the very next day to replace it, which meant so much since we had a newborn. 10/10 recommend

The team came out and tested our existing AC unit and found that the compressor had failed, the manufacturer of the old unit is not releasing parts at this point as ours was out of warrantee. The team came out the very next morning and installed the new AC and had us up and running in just a few hours.

The entire crew that installed the AC and furnace were simply top\-notch. I could not have asked for a better crew than all who did our installation. I have used One Hour since 2001, that alone should say something. I have never been disappointed in anyone. This crew, though, went over and beyond doing the installation. They were knowledgeable, so very courteous, and were careful about everything. Just super service. If I could give a thousand gold stars to all of them, I would.

Professional installers

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. It hasn't worked since day one. The guys have come back several time trying to fix the issue but have been unsuccessful. I had to take pictures of the thermostat reading 88 degrees in the house with it set at 70 degrees. I don't think they even believed me until I showed them the pictures. When I call to make an appointment for them to come back out they don't understand the issue and keep trying to send them out in the morning when there isn't an issue until afterwards when it's heating up. I just want them to take the furnace and air conditioner back.

Very Happy with install for a very urgent replacement in this extremely cold weather. Old furnace had carbon dioxide emission into the house and had to be replaced.
