Replaced 30 yr old AC units in our house. Advised upsizing capacity, and bid was better than another's for lower capacity. Replace 2 units in hard to access areas in less than 2 full days. Fixed minor installation\-related heating issue within 30 minutes, in the evening. Installers were professional and removed all debris.

Tim Motz responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Thanks to my confidence in Tim's knowledge of Bryant systems and sharing it with me, we opted to install a 986T furnace with an Evolution thermostat. Tim and two crew members (Mike \& Matt) did a great job of replacing our old Bryant furnace with a new Bryant 986T furnace, installed a second thermistor in the heat pump which our previous dealer had omitted. Tim also showed me how to use the new thermostat before leaving our home. The crew cleaned up around the furnace and mad certain everything was working before they left. We could not be more pleased with Motz Heating \& Cooling, our new furnace and the installation of missing components. A++

My existing A/C unit was not cooling our house. Tim quickly diagnosed that we had a leak in our outside unit. He gave me an estimate to replace it, scheduled a replacement date and time. Charged the system enough to keep us cool until then. On replacement day he called and told me when he would be here. Showed up on time. Did a great job installing the replacement unit. Set up the new indoor controller and showed me how to use it. Final bill was same as the estimate. Great experience!

Tim Motz was calm and collected when Bryant's distribution center delivered the wrong heating unit to my house. He immediately got in his truck and drove to the center to get the correct system. This cost him, his crew, and our family another day lost in time and wages. He and his crew made sure we understood by showing us the process with explanation of installation.

My husband has Alzheimer's and our air went out on the hottest day. Motz came out and had a new unit put in before I could worry about it. I highly recommend this company and it's employees.

He helped me to understand which system with most beneficent and efficient for my use to save money on my electric bill and without breaking the bank from the initial purchase. He did not try to sell me a top of the line system and was upfront with expectations of systems. He was on time for the estimate and install and worked quickly. Very pleasant to deal with and took my multiple calls to answer specific questions. I received 3 quotes for HVAC system install and MOTZ/ Bryant had the best pricing by far. I have had many repairs and installations over the years but this was the best experience ever. Tim and his crew installed furnace and heat pump in less than 5 hours. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The technicians we're very, very good. The furnace was installed in my crawl space, so they had to do much of the work on their backs. They gave me precise answers to my questions. Can't say enough about them. I will ask for them again if the occasion arises.
