Great Bryant Dealer & Great Bryant Furnace
Tim Motz responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Thanks to my confidence in Tim's knowledge of Bryant systems and sharing it with me, we opted to install a 986T furnace with an Evolution thermostat. Tim and two crew members (Mike \& Matt) did a great job of replacing our old Bryant furnace with a new Bryant 986T furnace, installed a second thermistor in the heat pump which our previous dealer had omitted. Tim also showed me how to use the new thermostat before leaving our home. The crew cleaned up around the furnace and mad certain everything was working before they left. We could not be more pleased with Motz Heating \& Cooling, our new furnace and the installation of missing components. A++

Failed Air Conditioning Unit Replacement
My existing A/C unit was not cooling our house. Tim quickly diagnosed that we had a leak in our outside unit. He gave me an estimate to replace it, scheduled a replacement date and time.
