Very responsive, timely and knowledgeable. Quick install. Took time to teach us how to use the new thermostat. Only negative, they tried to quote me a furnace I replaced with them less than 3 years ago.

The installation crew was efficient and responsive, and when there was a problem, Ryan responded almost immediately to get it solved.

Our experience was excellent in every way. The workers were efficient and personable.

Furnace died on a Wednesday and with cold temperatures forecasted for the weekend I was frantically looking for replacement options. By the end of Wednesday Ryan Tevis had come to my house, discussed my needs, took measurements and provided me multiple options that could be installed by Friday. I chose an option Wednesday night and the equipment was ordered Thursday. Friday morning Shawn and Caleb showed up and started removing the old equipment. By 11:30 am the new equipment had arrived and been brought over. By the end of the day my new furnace up and running and we had a comfortable weekend. Monday morning Shawn arrived and promptly installed the heat pump, cleaned up the work site and showed me how to run the fancy thermostat. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked great as a team. The entire install was done before other companies could even get me a quote and I could not be happier.

Great service! They were able to easily work around a few issues that came up during installation. House has never had central air and had a furnace that hadn't worked in over 15 years. Happy to finally have heating and COOLING!

I was very skeptical about the aggressive timeline they offered me for replacing my system. Not only did they follow through on the timeline they did it while providing excellent service throughout and added a special touch on the follow up. I have already highly recommended this company to family and friends.

The dealer did a great job with the install and removed all of the old equipment. They also were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They solved several problems during the install related to differences between the old and the new equipment. There were several unforeseen issues the dealer had to deal with and they were very good about this. The finished install was much neater and more professionally done. So far for the heating system it is operating much better then the old system and has many new features giving us a much better comfort level.

Airclaws was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They punctually arrived as planned, removed the old system and installed our new system. Their work was very neat adapting the new furnace to the existing ductwork. A great job. Now the equipment operation will be evaluated over time.

The guys from AirClaws were all amazing. They were able to get our unit installed on schedule and also repaired several problems which fixed out airflow problems in the house. All were very pleasant and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs servicing of their heating/cooling system.

In less than a week we got a quote to replace our old system to having our new one installed. the technicians did a very neat and professional installation and explained everything very well. so I can even control it from my phone. we are looking forward to a comfortable summer and reduced utility bills this winter too.

Only one hiccup.....original fellow that visited misidentified the size of the unit which caused minor confusion at the time the official sales contract was presented. This company understood my need for quick service and came thru amazingly fast!! Called on Monday, installed on Thursday! After using AirClaws for the past year for our annual HVAC check\-ups we felt comfortable asking them for a bid for a new system. I guess you'd call this a relationship\-based decision. Our AirClaws rep took his time explaining our options, and once we settled on a system the installation crew was professional and fast. We're very satisfied with the system, especially the remote access provided by the wifi thermostat. Our overall experience with AirClaws has been and continues to be excellent.
