Disappointing
I was given 2 different invoices with the same invoice # but 2 (two) different amounts. One invoice showed a transaction finance charge of $1552.61 that should have been charged to the merchant. But that charge was passed on to me the consumer. When I contacted the salesman (Ed), He stated I should've caught it earlier. They refused to give me a credit.

EXTREMELY happy with Family Danz and Bryant
Had Family Danz Heating and Cooling rip out the old systems from 1986. Installed a new Bryant high efficiency furnace and A/C unit along with new thermostat, whole house humidifier, UV light and filter. Salesperson Cliff was great to deal with and explained all options very well. I had 4 companies come in and give us quotes on this project. By far Family Danz Heating and Cooling and specifically Cliff Koenitzer was the most professional and I highly recommend them. I was familiar with the process and equipment. A/C installers did a great Job. Salesman didn't provide a new thermostat and the one we had makes the air conditioning cycle on and of every 10\-15 minutes. I hear that is not how its supposed to work??? Expensive to run this way! No follow up call from salesman to see if we were experiencing any issues. He made sure everything was put back the way it was when he arrived, including cleanliness (he put down cloths on the floor from the door to the basement). When he was done, he showed me everything he did in both the basement and the outside, as well as made sure my Nest thermostat was properly set back up. He was unable to test the new central air unit because it was about 35 degrees outside. The basement wasn't finished when the original system was installed.
