The folks at Family Danz were excellent! They knew what they were doing. Their installer team was fantastic and did a great job on the install. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was given 2 different invoices with the same invoice # but 2 (two) different amounts. One invoice showed a transaction finance charge of $1552.61 that should have been charged to the merchant. But that charge was passed on to me the consumer. When I contacted the salesman (Ed), He stated I should've caught it earlier. They refused to give me a credit.

He answered any and all questions, made suggestions to make the purchase and installation smooth and cared that the system was appropriate to our needs. The installers, primary Steffan, and helper, Eli, were polite, efficient and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

The entire process was made simple for us, from estimator initial visit, to scheduling, to install. We could not be happier with both Family Danz and our new Bryant units. Installation crew was professional, respectful and knowledgeable.

I've had a service contract with Family Danz for many years and my current furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater were all installed by them. This year the air conditioner stopped working and they didn't try to push my decision as they explained the costs and benefits of trying to repair the old unit vs replacement. The installation of the new unit was exactly as described, from cost to time required. The crew arrived on time and thoroughly completed the installation and clean\-up.

My husband and I have been customers of Family Danz for almost 20 years. We purchased a boiler and hybrid hot water system from them, and they have provided yearly maintenance service to that equipment as well as our whole house A/C unit. When the time came to purchase a heat\-pump, they were the first choice. We worked with John to determine what would best fit our needs. A prompt installation date was then scheduled. Dominick, Mel, and Tim came as indicated, were professional and friendly. They were thorough in explaining what work was to be done, the time it would take, as well as reviewing how to operate the new system. They cleaned up the work area both inside and outside. You would not have known that they had ever been here. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Danz, Sr., who founded the company, as he stopped by to see how the job was going. Very disappointed in the installation of a new unit. First day install the wrong unit was installed. Second day install to correct problem outside wall not sealed at all, installer placed metal tools on top of outside condenser. Homeowner placed work towel on service to prevent a scratch.

We decided it was time to replace our furnace and A/C which both were 20+ years Old. Family Danz has been servicing our equipment for the past 18 years. Family Danz installed a replacement a/c unit at my residence. Technician was prompt, respectful of property and willing to answer any questions I had. He was thorough in his explanations and very courteous.

Terry(sales) provided us with the knowledge we needed to decide on the perfect system for our home. He was easy to reach and very responsive to every question we came up with. At no time did he pressure or rush us to make a decision. Once we decided, he was quick to get us scheduled for our installation of a mini\-split system. Avery and Sean(Installers) met Terry at our home the 1st morning and took the time to map everything out so it would blend in and be astetically pleasing. After that Avery and Sean got to work, and were professional and informative with every step. We had no problem working from home as they showed so much respect, even while in the same room. They would be welcome at our home anytime. Teddy, our toy fox terrier, can be a bit protective when strangers enter our home. Within a couple hours, he welcomed them like family. The entire experience was truly so much better than we ever expected. I would recommend Family Danz without any hesitation based on our experience.

Had Family Danz Heating and Cooling rip out the old systems from 1986. Installed a new Bryant high efficiency furnace and A/C unit along with new thermostat, whole house humidifier, UV light and filter. Salesperson Cliff was great to deal with and explained all options very well. I had 4 companies come in and give us quotes on this project. By far Family Danz Heating and Cooling and specifically Cliff Koenitzer was the most professional and I highly recommend them. I was familiar with the process and equipment. All 3 other companies tried to upsell or suggest things not needed. Install crew of Mel, Kevin and Logan were all top notch and very professional. They worked great as a team and all knew exactly what they were doing. They even went beyond what was expected and wired in my generator switch. Was quite a large investment and I am extremely pleased with the choices made and working with Family Danz.

They were careful to protect surfaces when they brought in and removed equipment, and made sure to clean up the debris left over from the installation. VERY SATISFIED WITH FAMILY DANZ HEATING AND PLUMBING

We had our 14 year old Furnace/AC replaced on 6 January, 2021. It was a very positive experience all around; from the initial sales presentation , through installation and follow by the office staff to iron out some paperwork glitches with the product registration and with an an application for a rebate from our local natural gas provider.

The install went great. The techs were very polite, clean, organized and on top of everything that needed to be done.

The salesman was fantastic and didn't try to oversell us with more than we needed and the install went smoothly. Our only complaint is the mess that was left behind. We had installed the day before Thanksgiving so perhaps that was a factor in the installers wanting to get done. We have already seen an appreciable decrease in has consumption, with thermostat at same temp.

We are very pleased with the system and the guys who did all the installation. All Excellent.

We have had several problems with them. Most took 2 to 3 months to resolve. One was never resolved.

Competent, efficient installation

The installers were very good. Arrived when they said they would be here and got to work right away. They explained to me what they were doing and what they had done. They were very efficient and got the job done in good time. It is now two weeks and the unit is not working. I called for service and have yet to hear back from them. Of course it is a hot humid day and the temperature in my house is going up instead of down. I have confidence when they do arrive they will be able to fix the problem.

Family Danz was terrific, but the distributor send over a previously installed a/c unit and tried to pass it off as a new unit. Thankfully the lead installer caught the problem and refused to do the installation til a new unit was brought from the warehouse. Does not speak well fit the distributor or warehouse.

The workers were courteous and thorough in explaining what they were doing and why. They cleaned up after the work.

Two years ago, we moved into a house that had an old AC unit, which stopped functioning at the end of last summer. This year, when it was already hot in May, we were worried it would take more than a few days to find someone who could do a good job replacing the old unit. Family Danz was able to make it all happen a week ahead of their proposed schedule. Ben tried everything in his 20 years of experience to get the old unit working. When he confirmed that the condenser was shot, Denise called us right away to schedule a visit from Mike, who advised us of the best unit for our needs and budget. Miles installed the unit with precision, care and cleanliness. Now we are cool and happy!

Everything was smooth from the minute I contacted their sales department, until the install a week or 2 after I met with Terry. The install crew showed up on time, and were cleaned up and out of the house within 4 hours. They removed a 30 year old central a/c unit, and thermostat and replaced them with a new Bryant unit. I hope we get some hot weather soon, so I can start using it!!

Installation and service were excellent. Mel and Colin went above and beyond to complete the installation of my replacement furnace quickly and professionally. Only problem was in the sales brochure. Was expecting a wifi thermostat and ended up keeping the thermostat I already had. Read the brochure fully and carefully!

A/C installers did a great Job. Salesman didn't provide a new thermostat and the one we had makes the air conditioning cycle on and of every 10\-15 minutes. I hear that is not how its supposed to work??? Expensive to run this way! No follow up call from salesman to see if we were experiencing any issues. Also salesman sold us a unit that didn't fit in the location he looked at. I shouldn't have to do the salesmans job.

I called several companies and the people at Family Danz were excellent. Mike Waterhouse set up a convenient time to meet. He had several options for me to choose from and my installation date was flexible. The technicians were there on time and my house was cleaned up when they were finished.
