Installation was about 5 hours. Both technicians were friendly and we were very happy with the install. Glad to see that the Bryant A/C unit has a 10 year warranty.

Only issue was with electrical sub\-contractor.

The Bryant heating and cooling it been working great and I would recommend service and reliability how fast the instigation was and the hole staff at Danails helped to get all units working the last ? Ok I was at the gas. Station on 2nd and Alameda in Albuquerque New Mexico when. Service truck was gassing up I look at it and took a picture of the side panel of the van and saved it then when I was going to startup Heater it didn't startup I called Daniels on a Monday to setup appointment they come out inspected the heater so after 14 years of service to repair unit it was the Gas valve so I decided to replace heater, ac unit and water heater there is always a cost but a peace of mind is what I'm great full for Keep up the great work

Fixed my old system with a cost\-effective solution and I got three more years out of it. All other dealers said it couldn't be fixed and tried to pressure me into paying too much for new A/Cs. When my units finally needed to be replaced, Daniels gave me a good price. These things caused me to trust Daniels' ability and honesty.

I received service in 2012 and it was excellent and this time it sucked

The tech crew were excellent but the salesman was untruthful, incompetent, plus tried to sell us an electrical box upgrade for $3,000 that even his own electrician said was not needed. He sold us a ceiling cassette system because, he said, the wall mounted units I had requested wouldn't work. The cassette was 12k, not the 18k specified, which left us with an 87f house in 100f + summer heat for almost 2 weeks. We had to leave the house for 3 days because it was just too hot. He finally installed what I had asked for in the first place and it works tolerably well; except that the units total 36k draw and he installed a 24k condenser which he said would be the highest he would recommend. How well does it work? You do the math. It's tolerable but not excellent. Daniels was good to work with but Ron Gutierrez was NOT.
