Tony in Sales was great to work with and the team did a great job of installing a furnace and garage heater within the timeframe the provided.

Excellent service. Installers were knowledgeable and polite

AC went out with temps in the 90s. Everyone else was at least 2 weeks out and they came through and got new system installed in 2 days.

This might be a great cooling system however we have had nothing but problems since the install in October and still are now in June while paying full price without any compensation. The system is failing due to the company who installed it and is not backing up their failed work.

Easy to work with and quick service. Pricing seemed good as well.

We were so pleased that Gibb and Sons was able to come out earlier than scheduled to install a new central air unit for us. It was a very hot and humid July that we were without any central air, so it was doubly appreciated!

Cannot recommend this dealer due to the sloppy install and lack of information from dealer on how our new HVAC system is supposed to work. City inspection was a month after install and was only started after I contacted the City Inspector's office myself. The Bryant equipment seems OK and we think the AC is working good. However, the furnace heating is untested as of yet as we wait for cold weather. Not confident that I would want these people to service out HVAC in the future.

The service was timely, and our needs and concerns were carefully listened to and considered. The air conditioner is quieter than our old one and is efficient.

We recently had a gas furnace installed by this company The discussions prior to the installation was very informative. The personnel who did the install were Professional, Polite and Perfect. I do not have one item to say did not go well from beginning to end of install.

The Gibb \& Sons Team did an efficient and excellent job installing our new heater. I can't suggest anything they could have done better. A exemplary experience from quote to working furnace.

The Installers were pleasant and efficient. My wife and I didn't know what to expect, but are happy with the result. The new furnace works well\-we love the thermostat and the unit is quite and puts out more heat then our old one. Rooms that were cold before are now warm. We were made aware of rebates and registration of our unit. All in all, it was an enjoyable process and we would recommend your company without hesitation.
