Sloppy install, not a quality install, no one in charge, info on who is doing what & when not passed on to us. Service tech rude.
Cannot recommend this dealer due to the sloppy install and lack of information from dealer on how our new HVAC system is supposed to work. City inspection was a month after install and was only started after I contacted the City Inspector's office myself. The Bryant equipment seems OK and we think the AC is working good. However, the furnace heating is untested as of yet as we wait for cold weather. Not confident that I would want these people to service out HVAC in the future.
