I was told about Carolina Comfort H\&A and their great service. I read all the great customer reviews and researched the Bryant units. All was very good. We had so many issues with our old unit and we have never been satisfied with the unit or service so that's why we decided to go with a local install company for our new unit. Carolina Comfort came out the day we called. Matt the tech was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Then Brandon came out to quote some additional work. Brandon much like Matt was very knowledgeable and very polite and answered all our questions. He was able to make recommendations that would be better for us and save money. How many times do you get that? Right I know never. We were so impressed with their service thus far we went ahead and committed to the sale/install. They gave us a estimated install date of 1 week. They ended up calling and the materials came in early and they moved us up sooner. 2 guys came out to do the install and just like the first 2 guys very polite, knowledgeable and took time to explain things. We have been very pleased with the service and we couldn't ask for a better unit. I could really tell my old unit was not working properly after having this unit the first day. I give this unit and Carolina Comfort 100% on satisfaction. I am a manager for a Retail Company and handle install sales.
