They installed a new HVAC system for us when our old one failed. They responded quickly although we had never used them before. All the workers were polite courteous and professional. The system seems to be working perfectly so far. Highly recommend them.

Installation had some hic\-cups along the way to completion. Carolina Comfort Heating listened to my concerns and took immediate action to rectify those concerns. All personnel were very honest, and professional at their work assignments. Everyone of the installation professionals enjoyed their work and it showed in their work ethic. Impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

They did not complete the job and put me off and made a mess and everything including my floor and other stuff. It was the worst experience I've ever had to pay $10,000 plus which I probably did not need to do sucks.

5 stars for Carolina Comfort Heating \& Air. We replaced our old A/C with a heat pump and the folks we worked with were all top notch. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful \- he provided 3 options. Michael completed the installation in a very professional and timely manner. All appointments throughout the process were honored, the job site was left tidy and the system operation was clearly explained.

Everyone I have ever dealt with at CC has always been super nice. Their service is quick and super reasonable. They installed a new HVAC system (except ductwork). The only area of improvement in my opinion would be on communication when ordering equipment. I highly recommend them and will be using them for years to come!

RJ Miller and Gibson service technicians from Carolina Comfort were great answering all of my questions and did a great job.

The installers completed heat pump installation, but indoor and outdoor units would not communicate. A minor part number difference required a different indoor unit which they promptly installed the next day.

Gibby did most of work and did excellent job! They were very professional.

The management in the sales and service team were great to work with. The install required 2 callbacks to complete the work and the installers were not very detail oriented in their work (left debris in the crawl space, did not cut holes very clean). The company completed the work as requested and I would recommend them to others, but the details need to be verified by the customer prior to final sign\-off.

I decided to replace my older unit with a new one. Everything went very smoothly from my first phone call to the installation! I'm very pleased with the customer service I received.

There were a few hiccups in the initial setup, but Brandon and the team made sure everything was handled and went the extra mile. That means more more to me than getting it 100% right initially, as with a complex system like mine, there are bound to be issues. Good to know that there is accountability and people standing behind their work. Cannot thank Brandon (Sales Manager) and Chris (Service Manager) for all there help and patience, as I am not the easiest customer to please. Will definitely continue to use Carolina Comfort now and in the future for service and additional equipment needs.

I was told about Carolina Comfort H\&A and their great service. I read all the great customer reviews and researched the Bryant units. All was very good. We had so many issues with our old unit and we have never been satisfied with the unit or service so that's why we decided to go with a local install company for our new unit. Carolina Comfort came out the day we called. Matt the tech was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Then Brandon came out to quote some additional work. Brandon much like Matt was very knowledgeable and very polite and answered all our questions. He was able to make recommendations that would be better for us and save money. How many times do you get that? Right I know never. We were so impressed with their service thus far we went ahead and committed to the sale/install. They gave us a estimated install date of 1 week. They ended up calling and the materials came in early and they moved us up sooner. 2 guys came out to do the install and just like the first 2 guys very polite, knowledgeable and took time to explain things. We have been very pleased with the service and we couldn't ask for a better unit. I could really tell my old unit was not working properly after having this unit the first day. I give this unit and Carolina Comfort 100% on satisfaction. I am a manager for a Retail Company and handle install sales. I have shared my experience on my install to my team and friends and explained this is what great customer service is! Keep up the great work Carolina Comfort and Bryant!!!
