Dealer apparently has more customers than he needs
This dealer installed our systems and we have used them multiple times over the years for other work. One of the Heat pumps quit operating so we switched to the gas furnace. Tech came out and said the compressor was bad on the heat pump, then said he wanted to look at the two furnaces. When he was done both furnaces no longer worked. He said the control boards went bad in both units. System is still under warranty so we were told to expect a price for repairs today. The estimate for repairs was over $2000.00. Called to question why cost was so high, andJason Shelton called me back. When I questioned the cost, and the fact that it was not broken before the tech arrived he said we should find another dealer, he would not work on our system. I called Bryant and was on hold for over an hour, case #4779726, and was told by them that they have no say or control over how a Bryant customer is treated by dealers and only offered to email me a list of other dealers. Not impressed with Sheltons Heating and Cooling or Bryant.

Our furnace and AC units were old, and in need of replacement and updating. We planned to do the project this year before the season got stressful, and had selected Shelton's Heating \& A/C, a local company, to do the demo and install. From start to finish we could not have been more pleased. Jason Shelton met with us early to assess our needs, make recommendations for us to consider, and he provided us with the installed price for each option. Once our decision was made, Shelton's ordered the equipment and we agreed on an install date. The only thing that could have cooperated better was the weather, but Jason and his team arrived on time and completed the entire project in about a day and a half, as planned. There were no surprises, and while we expected a good job, Jason and his team exceeded our expectations at every level. We could not have asked for a more professional, competent, or courteous experience. Oh, and the final bill was exactly what Jason had quoted!
