They did a wonderful job with the attic unit which was placed further back into the attic so it made it less difficult to change filter. The aircon units are gorgeous, which sounds odd, but they are next to the patio. With the frigid temps this winter we appreciate the improved heat. Bryant was the right choice for us and we heartily recommend their products and Welsch.

WELSCH IS FANTASTIC. INSTALLER ARRIVED EARLY FOR A 7AM APPT. HE PUT DOWN RUNNERS SO AS NOT TO SCRATCH THE FLOOR. HE FINISHED 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN HE TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE. On inastallation day they were on time and were so efficient that they finished 2 hours early! They left my basement clean and my new unit works beautifully!

Bryant had been servicing our old HVAC system for years and always kept it in good working order. When we ran into problems with the air conditioner during the 90+degree heat they responded promptly to recharge it so that it would function until they could replace it. We had a good discussion with an experienced sales person about the type of unit we needed and ultimately selected Bryant. When the recharge did not last, Welsch moved up our install date and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. All of the Welsch employees we encountered were courteous and professional and all those who entered our home wore face masks and were cognizant of COVID prevention social distancing.

Replacing this type of equipment is never something you look forward to. I don't believe I've ever said "Let's have some friends over and show off our new AC and furnace" All kidding aside it was as pleasant as it could be from the quote to the install. All involved were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Arrived on time, finished at estimated time, cleaned up all work areas as if they were never there. Couldn't have been better. L

Welsch Heating and Cooling installed the original unit in our new house twenty years ago. When I needed a new A/C unit and furnace I called them for consultation and Robert Parnell, the project manager was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. The installation crew was prompt, professional, communicative and highly competent. I highly recommend Welsch and we are enjoying our new Bryant System.

He never pushed us into looking at something more than what we needed. Very pleased with the experience. The two gentlemen who installed both the new air conditioner and the furnace had everything finished in about 4 hours. Very professional. I have told our neighbors what a great job they did for us at a very competitive price. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system. I will continue working with them for general maintance after the free first year warranty is over.

Outstanding service

Builders York air\-conditioner lasted just over 15 years. Needed A22 due to a leak. Since the older kind was so expensive, the technician suggested a replacement unit instead. The sales rep explained how the furnace should be up dated now also to save in the long run and also take advantage of the Ameren , Spire, along with the Welsch Co. savings. I was pleased, however, I was surprised that they did not put new filters in the unit, but just left the old ones in place. Years ago when we had built a previous home our Bryant system lasted 25 years. So, I was happy that Welsch Co. recommended a Bryant unit.

We are extremely happy with our experiences with Welsch. Our 26\-year\-old AC finally decided to give out, so we called Welsch to come out and assess. The technician was extremely thorough and explained the options to repair versus replace. We opted for replacement, and after working with the sales team (same day \- thanks Denny!), we had picked out a new Bryant unit that would last us for years to come. They squeezed us in for the following Monday, and the technician got us up and running enough to survive the heat of the summer weekend. The installation went flawlessly, and we have been enjoying our cool home ever since! We trust the folks at Welsch to truly have their customers' best interests in mind, and they have earned our business for maintenance/repairs for years to come.

I have used Welsch Heating \& Cooing for several years to service the HVAC in my rental property. Every technician they have sent out has been outstanding in both knowledge and service. When the furnace developed a serious issue, they were able to provide me with a quote to fix just that, or to replace the unit, at the time they diagnosed the problem. The detailed information they provided me on various replacement units enabled me to make the decision to have them install the Bryant, which they were able to do less than 3 days afterward! Their service after the sale, provided by Teri, has also proven to be nothing less than spectacular.

Had new furnace and AC unit installed 2 weeks ago, so experience is limited, but so far like the operation and the appearance of the units. Although I chose not to purchase the very high end efficiency units , 95% and 20+ SER, I expect to see fuel and electric savings with these new units compared to the 21 year units they replaced. Welch H\&C were not only the low bidder, but also the most patient in answering my questions and helping me finalize my model choices. I believe the Bryant units I selected are at the optimum point on the value \- cost curve for me and thus far am very pleased with the furnace product. Guess I'll have to wait a few months to have an opinion on how the AC unit works.

I'm so happy with the HVAC system that was designed for me! Welsch has taken care of me for many years, and their professionalism and service and ability to solve issues quickly are priceless.

Welsch Heating \& Cooling installers were knowledgeable about the installation process and the Bryant product. This installation took two days to complete due to being a duel heating and cooling system. Welsch has a good reputation in the St. Louis Market and had installed the original Lennox System when the house was built. Only issue was new upstairs thermostat was unable to have electrical power supplied to light the "readout display" and is solely reliant on back\-up batteries. The installers claimed that this probably was due to one of the wires from the furnace to the thermostat being "crimped" by the builder years before. Overall the system installation went smoothly. I cannot rate the actual quality of the Bryant product as it was just installed on September 28 and 29, 2017.

I have used Welsch Heating and Cooling in the past and have found them to offer top notch service and products at a fair price. I recently contracted with them to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I decided to get a Bryant system because it was an upgrade to my current system and the price was the same as other contractors lower priced systems. The installation went well and have had no problems to date.

I was replacing an failing/outdated furnace and air conditioner. I knew i wanted to spend the money for a high efficiency unit that would be more cost effective to operate. I was dreading the process but was very pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure from the sales rep, he provided the information i wanted and presented the options available. The installers were professional and courteous, each one shook my hand and introduced themselves. Installation was neat and professional. The new unit operates flawlessly and is exceptionally quiet. The rebates and the manufacturers discount were a big benefit. Overall i would recommend this unit to anyone. I opted for an enhanced filtration system and a good humidifier. We can definitely appreciate the difference.
