Air Conditioner InstallationBy Welsch Heating & Cooling

The equipment choices for our heating and air conditioning replacement were explained in detail and all questions were answered. The process for ordering and installation were laid out, and all dates and details were accurate throughout the process. And the installers did a fantastic job \- making sure to explain operation completely. We really feel like we made a great decision going with Welsch Heating and Cooling.

Prompt , efficient and very helpful

The job was done well quickly and neatly.

Great job. Arrived on time. Installed without problems and left area in basement cleaner than when they started.

I would recommend Welsch Heating and Cooling.

The experience was pleasant and completed without hassle.

The guys installing the units could not have been nicer or more professional. They answered all our questions, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done quicker than anticipated.

Welsch has alway given great service while providing affordable pricing.

Great installation crew Explained system Fine cleanup of area

I was very pleased with the installation and the Team Leader.

I have used Welsch for many years to install furnace and A/C systems and to provide service for those units.

Welsch advised me every step of the way which was so appreciated. They did a wonderful job with the attic unit which was placed further back into the attic so it made it less difficult to change filter. The aircon units are gorgeous, which sounds odd, but they are next to the patio. With the frigid temps this winter we appreciate the improved heat. Bryant was the right choice for us and we heartily recommend their products and Welsch.

Have been very happy with service from Welsch Heating and Cooling for a number of years now.

WELSCH IS FANTASTIC. INSTALLER ARRIVED EARLY FOR A 7AM APPT. HE PUT DOWN RUNNERS SO AS NOT TO SCRATCH THE FLOOR. HE FINISHED 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN HE TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE. HE CLEANED UP EVERY BIT OF DIRT, AND EXPLAINED WHAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT HOW TO OPERATE OUR NEW FURNACE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS SEAMLESS.

They knew just what they were doing and did it very efficiently

Welsch was prompt, professional, and kept things clean. We had a great experience with the installation of heating and air.

Thank you Welsch for your expertise and help!!

New system Very reasonable and professional.

Welsch Heating and Cooling is the best! When my air conditioner broke down they lent me a new motor until they could install new HVAC equipment. On inastallation day they were on time and were so efficient that they finished 2 hours early! They left my basement clean and my new unit works beautifully!

Highly knowledgeable, skilled and effiicient.

Came on time, worked steadily, answered questions thoughtfully, cleaned up well.

Great guys did great work

Welsch Heating \& Cooling is the best contractor in St. Louis.

Excellent customer service, including responsiveness, product knowledge and friendliness.

Overall experience was excellent

Installation went very smoothly. The new system was scoped perfectly and performs much better than the one replaced.

The installation of my new HVAC system went very well. However, I was surprised by how loud the outdoor AC unit is.

Welsch did a great job installing my new HVAC

We trust Welsch with our HVAc needs. They present options and we get to choose the right one for us.

Welsch did a great job installing my new system.

Met expectations in all areas.

they were very professional and worked fast

The installation of the furnace was installed in a professional manner with excellent expertise.

The Welsch team replaced my HVAC system, as promised, in the time\-frame they promised. The new system is functioning perfectly, and runs very quietly. It's reassuring to know that I can trust them with such a major purchase and complicated installation. Welsch is simply the best!

They arrived on time and were able to finish before the end of the day. Everything went as planned and would definitely recommend them.

All were well trained, courteous, and timely. Highly recommend this group.

We have been customers of Welsch HeatingCooling for many years, we have twice yearly service on all of our heating and cooling units and we could not be happier with their service. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance, repairs, or replacement.

Nice install guys very professional

Grea5 crew

We've been using Welsch for years. Another typically great unit replacement.

Have used these people for decades\- Butch Welsch is a friend!

Very good experience overall.

very responsive and professional

Bryant had been servicing our old HVAC system for years and always kept it in good working order. When we ran into problems with the air conditioner during the 90+degree heat they responded promptly to recharge it so that it would function until they could replace it. We had a good discussion with an experienced sales person about the type of unit we needed and ultimately selected Bryant. When the recharge did not last, Welsch moved up our install date and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. All of the Welsch employees we encountered were courteous and professional and all those who entered our home wore face masks and were cognizant of COVID prevention social distancing.

Replacing this type of equipment is never something you look forward to. I don't believe I've ever said "Let's have some friends over and show off our new AC and furnace" All kidding aside it was as pleasant as it could be from the quote to the install. All involved were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Arrived on time, finished at estimated time, cleaned up all work areas as if they were never there. Couldn't have been better. L

Always reliable and professional.

Very prompt and professional!

All above deserve 5 stars

very professional, quality workmanship, and very friendly

EXCELLENT SERVICE, great to work with, same serviceman takes care of our building \- knows equipment

From the estimate to the installation, we received great customer service.

Very professional, courteous and respectful Competitive pricing and they outperformed my very high expectations

Welsch Heating and Cooling installed the original unit in our new house twenty years ago. When I needed a new A/C unit and furnace I called them for consultation and Robert Parnell, the project manager was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. The installation crew was prompt, professional, communicative and highly competent. I highly recommend Welsch and we are enjoying our new Bryant System.

They are always great to deal with.

Denny was our representative. I can't say enough about how seamlessly everything went. He sold us a system that was exactly what we needed. He never pushed us into looking at something more than what we needed. Very pleased with the experience. The two gentlemen who installed both the new air conditioner and the furnace had everything finished in about 4 hours. Very professional. I have told our neighbors what a great job they did for us at a very competitive price. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system. I will continue working with them for general maintance after the free first year warranty is over.

Professional and efficient

Used them twice for new have

I've used Welsh for my home and commercial property for over 20 years. Excellent service, professional technicians. They make it easy.

Welsch made the entire experience enjoyable. Quick, detailed estimates. Fast install by very knowledgeable folks. All employees were conscious of the social distancing and I had no issues with having them in my home. System works great!

Very happy with the pricing and the service!

Very efficient and timely as I was getting ready to leave town

Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They made time to explain new HVAC system and answered all my questions. I will recommend Welch!

Outstanding service

Builders York air\-conditioner lasted just over 15 years. Needed A22 due to a leak. Since the older kind was so expensive, the technician suggested a replacement unit instead. The sales rep explained how the furnace should be up dated now also to save in the long run and also take advantage of the Ameren , Spire, along with the Welsch Co. savings. I was pleased, however, I was surprised that they did not put new filters in the unit, but just left the old ones in place. Years ago when we had built a previous home our Bryant system lasted 25 years. So, I was happy that Welsch Co. recommended a Bryant unit.

Very nice company to work with.

I had a comprehensive estimate the same day I called to inquire. The installation was scheduled to suit me and went quickly. They even helped with the rebate forms. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

Great service

Great service, from beginning to end.

Don?t know

Men arrived on time. Completed job in a timely manner. Plus, they did not mess up my house or yard in the process!

Great job

We are extremely happy with our experiences with Welsch. Our 26\-year\-old AC finally decided to give out, so we called Welsch to come out and assess. The technician was extremely thorough and explained the options to repair versus replace. We opted for replacement, and after working with the sales team (same day \- thanks Denny!), we had picked out a new Bryant unit that would last us for years to come. They squeezed us in for the following Monday, and the technician got us up and running enough to survive the heat of the summer weekend. The installation went flawlessly, and we have been enjoying our cool home ever since! We trust the folks at Welsch to truly have their customers' best interests in mind, and they have earned our business for maintenance/repairs for years to come.

Expert installation

They were very professional

Everything was great. Only small criticism is that I would prefer more clarity on pricing, rebates, and discounts, and more information on options for equipment.

Welsch did a great job installing my A/C, Furnace and humidifier. I had a small incident which they immediately resolved and I'm very happy with my new Air Conditioner.

Great company! Were able to come out same day to diagnose. Were able to perform a complete install within the week and the guys were great.

Very good job

We had a wonderful experience with Welsch! They recommended this product and did a great job giving us the reasons why this was best for us. Very pleased.

Job well done

Very happy with my recent installation. Technicians were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed job on time and for the estimated price.

Great job installing our new HVAC system. Works great, and very quiet.

Great experience

The techs were wonderful and worked like a well oiled machine. There were no hidden charges. It cost what the quote said it would cost.

Excellent Service, technicians were on time (7am), cleaned up afterwards. Very good experience

The install went very well, the crew was very professional and careful, Robert Parnell was great and answered every question we had. We will always refer Welsch and look to them to be our comfort specialist.

They have always done a great job.

Very pleased with overall experience

Welsch is awesome. They are very professional

Great price, great equipment. Very pleased.

Very knowledgeable experts. They answered all of our questions. Cleaned up all unneeded items and old system.

2 New Bryant furnaces installed with humidifier and A/C units

AC

Excellent experience from start to finish! A service call with a friendly and knowledgeable tech led to a non pressured conversation with Rick who didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Install went smoothly. Friendly people, awesome service and shiny new, quiet furnaces! Highly recommend Welsch!

Extremely pleased.

I have used Welsch Heating \& Cooing for several years to service the HVAC in my rental property. Every technician they have sent out has been outstanding in both knowledge and service. When the furnace developed a serious issue, they were able to provide me with a quote to fix just that, or to replace the unit, at the time they diagnosed the problem. The detailed information they provided me on various replacement units enabled me to make the decision to have them install the Bryant, which they were able to do less than 3 days afterward! Their service after the sale, provided by Teri, has also proven to be nothing less than spectacular.

Very dependable

Install

New furnace and a/c

The guys where professional and did the work fast and kept the work space clean

Had new furnace and AC unit installed 2 weeks ago, so experience is limited, but so far like the operation and the appearance of the units. Although I chose not to purchase the very high end efficiency units , 95% and 20+ SER, I expect to see fuel and electric savings with these new units compared to the 21 year units they replaced. Welch H\&C were not only the low bidder, but also the most patient in answering my questions and helping me finalize my model choices. I believe the Bryant units I selected are at the optimum point on the value \- cost curve for me and thus far am very pleased with the furnace product. Guess I'll have to wait a few months to have an opinion on how the AC unit works.

I'm so happy with the HVAC system that was designed for me! Welsch has taken care of me for many years, and their professionalism and service and ability to solve issues quickly are priceless.

Welsch Heating \& Cooling installers were knowledgeable about the installation process and the Bryant product. This installation took two days to complete due to being a duel heating and cooling system. Welsch has a good reputation in the St. Louis Market and had installed the original Lennox System when the house was built. Only issue was new upstairs thermostat was unable to have electrical power supplied to light the "readout display" and is solely reliant on back\-up batteries. The installers claimed that this probably was due to one of the wires from the furnace to the thermostat being "crimped" by the builder years before. Overall the system installation went smoothly. I cannot rate the actual quality of the Bryant product as it was just installed on September 28 and 29, 2017.

Home HVAC Replacement. Replaced both 3 ton and 4 Ton Units. Whole home 2 Story

Installation went well and quick

I wanted a highly trained HAVC professional to do the work in my home and through asking friends and coworkers Welsch is highly recommended. They did their job professionally and left the areas where they worked as clean as if not more clean than when they arrived. Highly recommended!

Install a new Bryant HVAC Unit

Good service and product

Welsch arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. Put down protective covers over carpet. Very professional.

Upstairs AC unit installation.

I have used Welsch Heating and Cooling in the past and have found them to offer top notch service and products at a fair price. I recently contracted with them to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I decided to get a Bryant system because it was an upgrade to my current system and the price was the same as other contractors lower priced systems. The installation went well and have had no problems to date.

great service and very helpful

Have been using Welsch Heating \& Cooling for over 10 years \~ Great servicemen and great company!

Great

I was replacing an failing/outdated furnace and air conditioner. I knew i wanted to spend the money for a high efficiency unit that would be more cost effective to operate. I was dreading the process but was very pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure from the sales rep, he provided the information i wanted and presented the options available. The installers were professional and courteous, each one shook my hand and introduced themselves. Installation was neat and professional. The new unit operates flawlessly and is exceptionally quiet. The rebates and the manufacturers discount were a big benefit. Overall i would recommend this unit to anyone. I opted for an enhanced filtration system and a good humidifier. We can definitely appreciate the difference.
