System was completely installed in one day with very competent and friendly installer (Trent). All questions were answered upon completion of project. He stayed until 7:30pm to complete the project. Choice of system researched by sales staff (Matt) with a comparison of different types of systems. Matt answered all my questions with the products I had researched and developed a plan specifically for our needs.
