At first Superior Service left me with a bit of disdain as they tried to repair, costing me hundreds, that we landed on being too pricey on an old system to fix. All of the repair costs would go towards a new unit but if I wanted to go with someone else hundreds of dollars would just be lost. I felt locked in with Superior unless I was willing to give up on a few hundred dollars. Onto the positives. Bryant wasn't able to get me my mid range heat pump in a timely fashion so Superior worked with Bryant to get me an upgrade at no cost to us. That is a HUGE upside to customer service. They were incredibly patient and excellently communicative throughout the whole install process.

Superior Heating and Cooling (Bridgeton, MO office) installed a 986T High Efficiency Gas Furnace, replacing my old one. Andrew Mackey, the sales person, was very thorough with my bid and immediately responded to all my phone calls when I was deciding on which company of various bids to choose. He answered my questions thoroughly and explained the product I wanted. The two technicians, Joe and Justin, were experienced and completed the install efficiently and in less time than I expected. I was pleased with the result. So far, my furnace is working well. The technicians also installed the accompanying Wi\-Fi touch display thermostat. The tech showed me how to work the thermostat and I love it! The technicians cleaned up before leaving. The office staff/customer service was very pleasant and easy to contact.

We have used Superior Heating and Cooling for many years and have been very satisfied. Dave is always helpful and efficient. We recently had air conditioner and furnace replacements. Everything was coordinated well and the installing team were professional, friendly and very efficient with the process; had job done ahead of schedule, cleaned everything up very well and explained everything thoroughly and patient in answering our questions. Service men were prompt, efficient, friendly. Removed old system (what a mess) and water heater. Team cleaned up the mess, installed the new ones, gave us instructions on usage, were polite, and knowledgeable.

Had the 5 stage unit installed to replace a 20 year old 1 stage Bryant system. It is ultra quiet. And nice to see what it costs in electricity to run the new system. It's only been running for a week.
