Great 2nd Impression!
At first Superior Service left me with a bit of disdain as they tried to repair, costing me hundreds, that we landed on being too pricey on an old system to fix. All of the repair costs would go towards a new unit but if I wanted to go with someone else hundreds of dollars would just be lost. I felt locked in with Superior unless I was willing to give up on a few hundred dollars. Onto the positives. Bryant wasn't able to get me my mid range heat pump in a timely fashion so Superior worked with Bryant to get me an upgrade at no cost to us. That is a HUGE upside to customer service. They were incredibly patient and excellently communicative throughout the whole install process.
