The entire experience with MasterTech was top\-notch! When explaining the new units options, the technician didn't try to sell us the most expensive ones. He recommended the option that made the most sense for our needs. Until our new unit could be installed \- which was less than a week \- they brought us two portable A/C units as ours was out. That is SERVICE! The installation went smoothly and in less time than I would have ever imagined. I definitely urge anyone who needs heating \& air service to call MasterTech!!

MasterTech got to us sooner than originally scheduled and helped keep our three seniors (75+) cool and comfy.

I've been working with Master Tech since I moved back to Central Missouri in May of 2021. They most recently installed my new HVAC system. I was initially displeased with the install, specifically the poor fit of the filter on the unit. I knew that I had a unique set\-up with the unit they were replacing, but I felt the filter should at least fit more snugly in the unit. I contacted CJ with Master Tech and discussed my concerns with him. CJ requested pictures, and I sent him several. He immediately identified the problem, apologized, and set up an appointment to rectify. CJ personally accompanied the guys when they came back to fix it. They are great to work with; I've never had any issue contacting them, getting an appointment scheduled in a timely manner, and receiving any needed support after service. Their prices are also right in line with other companies. I would highly recommend them.

Mastertech is great. They are always friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm getting swindled. And they get stuff done right the first time.

I would definitely recommend Isaac to anyone needed a new heating \& air system! He was a very knowledgeable installer. Isaac was also polite and cleaned up after the installation was complete. He thoroughly explained the functions and options of my new thermostat and even helped me access the Bryant website so I could get notices and updates. I am very pleased with the new Bryant system which Isaac recommended. Despite the extremely cold winter my electric and gas bills have been much lower since the installation.

Had a leak from the unit and they came right out and fixed it for me.

Excellent, as always. They do great work, are very respectful, and are great at entertaining and teaching kids as they work.

Dealer encountered a problem the was resolved after contacting Bryant support. (The issue was resolved by resetting a board on the outside unit.) This was identified late in the day after the install was complete and ready to start. The Bryant support line was not available after hours and the next day was a holiday. This resulted in no cooling system for 2 days. Suggest Bryant consider having a 24x7 or extended hours for the support line. Master Tech provided portable AC units to keep things cool until Bryant could be contacted.
